Recipe Description:
A very healthy & nutritious dish.easy to make and tastes good with steamed rice,and daal.
Ingredients:
1.palak-1bunch.
2.green chillies-2to3.
3.ginger-1 inch piece.
4.water-very little.
5.salt-as per taste.
6.sugar-1pinch to taste.
7.dahi-1 cup.
8.ghee-1tbsp.
9.rai-1/2 tsp.
10.jeera-1/2 tsp.
11.whole red chilly-1.
12.hing-1 pinch
Instructions:
1.wash & finely chop palak leaves.
2.Boil palak,chopped green chillies,grated ginger,salt,sugar,and little water for 5 minutes till palak is cooked.
3.switch off gas &add whisked dahi in it.
4.make tadka of ghee,rai,jeera,whole red chilly and ;hing and add in palak raita.
5.palak raita is ready to serve.
