My Thali... Tender Fresh Cashew n Sprouted Alsandya (Black Eyed Beans) Ambat... (Amti with coconut ground masala ), Methi Batata Bhaji.. Alu Methi , Tomato Dhania Leaves Rasam, Karela Koshimbir, kairi Coconut Chutney...n...Rice.

 Tender Fresh Cashew n Sprouted Alsandya (Black Eyed Beans) Ambat... (Amti with coconut ground masala ) Recipe Soak 3 cups of black eyed beans in water for overnight,.next day remove water n keep in  warm place for sprouts.then again add water in it,.n remove skin of each bean.then cook  it with water n salt till it gets soft.n  well cooked...(you can cook it in pressure cooker for  only 1 whistle.) Roast and 8 to 10 methi seeds and 2-3red whole chillies in 1/4tsp of oil in a tadka pan Grind  1.1/2wati fresh coconut, small piece of chinch(tamarind),haldi, and above roasted  masala with some water.make fine paste..then add this  ground masala in the mixture of  well cooked beans. Add peeled Tender fresh Cashews in it.mix it. Add salt & mix well..boil it..  Make tadka of 1t to 2tabsps of oil,I use coconut oil..you can use any oil  add 1finely chopped onion,.fry till brown.and  add in the curry.. Tender Fresh Cashew Usal (Ole Kaju Chi Usal ).... Got Tender Cashews From Konkan...So made Simple, quick n tasty Usal.

 Tender Fresh Cashew Usal (Ole Kaju Chi Usal ).... Recipe.... Ingredients... Tender Cashews... 1 cup. Green chilli... 1 or 2 as per taste. Curry patta... 5 to 6 Mustard seeds.. less than 1/4 sp. Jeera... Pinch Hing..as per taste. Goda masala..or any other home made masala Or dhania jeera powder ...1/4 sp. Gud n salt as per taste. Fresh grated Coconut... 2 tabsp. Dhania leaves... 2ctabsps. Oil..1 tabsp. Keep Wet Cashews in the water..  Then peel each Cashew. Make Tadka in a Kadhai. Take oil in kadhai.. Add Mustard seeds, Curry  Patta, pinch of Jeera, When it splutters add  Chopped Green chilli, Hing , n pinch of  Goda masala. Then add peeled Cashews.,add some Dhania  leave., Add Fresh grated Coconut..  Add some salt as per taste n gud in it..  Mix it properly.  Add some water.. keep lid on it..n cook for 4to 5  minutes till cashews get cooked.. Garnish with Dhania leaves n serve.. You can eat it as a dish.. or you can serve it as a  side dish woth roti or rice.

My Thali...Palak Tambli ..Palak n Coconut Thand Kadhi , Kadgi (Raw Jack fruit ) Koddel ( Mangalore Curry ), , Vangi Phodi or Kaap.... Brinjal Shallow Fried Crispies...n....Rice.

   Palak Tambli ..Palak n Coconut Thand Kadhi   Palak Tambli... Recipe: 1.In a pan put 1/4 tsp.ghee and fry 1tsp.jeera, , 2- 3 green chopped chillies and add 1/4tsp. hing 2.grind 1/2 grated coconut, leaves of 1 bunch of  palak leaves boiled for 2 minutes  and the above  tadka(ghee,jeera,green chillies,hing),tamarind  and salt together,make a fine paste 3.add water in the paste and tambli is reNady.no  need of heating..(water may be added as  required) 4.serve with rice. Kadgi (Raw Jack fruit ) Koddel ( Mangalore Curry ), Recipe..  Remove the skin of Raw Jackfruit n Cook  Jackfruit pieces with little salt n water In  the vessel in pressure cooker for 4to 5 whistles. Grind red whole chillies ...fresh grated  coconut,..little imli (tamarind)..make a fine  paste.. You can add some Tirphals if you like.. but its  optional.. if you dont like it ..you can make  without it. My Thali.... Bombil Ukad (Bombay Duck Fish )..Quick ,Simple n Yumm Curry, Bhendi..Onion Bhaji ,Kakdi salad...n...Rice...

 Bombil Ukad (Bombay Duck Fish )..quick ,simple n yumm curry Recipe..  make 2 pieces if Bombil is big.. or you can keep  full. Take 2to 3 tabsps of oil in the kadhai.. Add 8to 10 methi seeds, crushed n peeled 4to5  garlic cloves. Add fresh currypatta 4to 5 leaves. Then add 1tsp.ginger n garlic paste.(or grated). Add Haldi n 5to 6 green chillies chopped finely...  fry for few minutes. Add Bombil pieces about 8to 10.  Add salt as per taste..Add 2 kokums. Add dhania leaves..cover it n cook for 2 minutes. Garnish it with Dhania leaves n serve on rice. Bhendi..Onion Bhaji... Recipe... Take 250 gms small Bhendi n chop it in round pieces. chop finely 1 big onion. Make small pieces of green mirchi 2. Chop finely 4 to 5 garlic  cloves.. My Sunday Thali... Kabuli Chana Rassa , Palak dal , Gavar Sukki Bhaji , Bangda n Prawns Rawa Fry...Chapati ...n.... Rice.

 Kabuli Chana Rassa.. Recipe.. Soak white Kabuli Chana for overnight. Then cook it in the pressure cooker till they  cooked soft. Then Grind fresh grated coconut, red   chilli powder, Malvani masala, haldi . Make Tadka with oil, rai, jeera, chopped garlic n  then add one onion chopped. Fry it till it  becomes slightly brown add ground masala,  kokum, salt ,dhania leaves..stir for few minutes.. Add cooked chana n boil it till it becomes thick..  you can keep Rassa as thick as you need.. Garnish with Dhania leaves n serve. Bangda n Prawns Rawa Fry... Recipe.. Clean n wash Prawns  . Wash n clean Bangda give slits to it. Apply Lots of Garlic paste, salt, Haldi, Malvani  masala or any other home made masala  you have..or you can apply only red chilli  powder. Add some lemon juice..n mix it  proper!y..keep for some time.. Then in a plate take more of rice powder n little  of rawa .add some salt, Malvani masala,  mix it.. Roll each fish in it.. n shallow fry in some oil till  crispy Palak dal

My Thali... Bangda Ghashi ( Curry ) , Ghosale or (Ridge Gourd or Dodka ) Upakari or.... Bhaji , Bangda n Prawns Rawa Fry..n...Rice.

  Bangda Ghashi ( Curry )... Recipe..  Clean fish thoroughly and apply salt and  turmeric and keep aside.  take 1/4 tsp oil in a pan and roast red chillies  slightly. Roast 1tsp. dhania seeds, 5-6 methi  seeds, few mustard seeds, 2 garlic cloves, Then grind with small ball of tamarind,n water.  make a fine paste. Keep masala for boiling adding water as much  as you need..add salt, Crushed Tirfal.n add some  coconut oil while boiling. Then add Bangda pieces in it.. boil for 4to 5  minutes till Bangda gets cooked.  serve with rice or chapati. Ghosale or (Ridge Gourd or Dodka ) Upakari or....  Bhaji . Recipe.... 2 cup - Ridgegourd  3/4 cup -Fresh grated coconut  2 Green chillies Rai..1/4tsp Udid dal..1/4 tsp. Curry patta.. 4 to 5 Pinch of Asafoetida  Haldi.. pinch Whole Red chilli ..1 Salt to taste  Gud ..as per taste..( optional) Chop the peel of Ridge gourd and wash it  properly. My Thali Today... Bharali Vangi ( Stuffed Brinjals) , Cabbage Bhaji , Tadka Dal , Nachni (Ragi ) Bhakri , n...Rice.(Steamed Pune Favourite Indrayani Rice ).

  Bharali Vangi (stuffed brinjals).... recipe... Give cross slits to Small Vangi(brinjals) 250gms.. fry finely cut onions 2 in oil till it becomes soft.. In a bowl Mix  chopped onions,  grated fresh coconut 2tabsps.in..add Goda masala 1tabsp.  Add roasted groundnut powder 2tabsps.(optional),Gud,Chinch (imli) juice,salt, chilli  powder 1\2 tsp. Add Finely Chopped Green chillies 1 or 2, dhania leaves.. Mix well.stuff this masala in Brinjals. In a pan add oil,rai,hing,haldi..add brinjals in the tadka..stir for few seconds.. Add little water to cook..keep lid & cook it till brinjals get cooked.. Serve with chapati,bhakri,or rice..(if you dont have goda masala you can use,garam  masala, malvani masala, or amti powder.) Tadka Dal... Recipe... Pressure cook 1 Cup Toor Dal with some garlic  pieces, haldi, green mirchi till Dal cooks very  soft.. then mash it or mix it till no  Dal grain  remains.  Add water as much you need.. keep for  boiling..add salt in it.... mix it.. boil it properly.

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.
