MY LUNCH THALI...Whole Masoor Amati, Our Traditional Vegetable Chow Chow, Potato Raita, Roasted Papad,..& Rice

Whole Masoor Amati.......Recipe..

pressure cook whole masoor with some onion & water..then take some oil..make tadka of rai,jeera, chopped garlic,haldi,chill ipowder ,goda masala or garam masala,or amti masala..then fry finely chopped onins,chopped tomatoes,green chillies..add masoor,salt,kokum,little gud..stir it nicely..boil it till it gets well mixed..then add some coconut milk..make thick as per taste..garnish with dhania leaves..and serve ...

boil potatoes..dont over cook..peel it & make pieces-2wati..then make long pieces of french beans- 1wati..peel & make long pieces of carrots-1/2 wati, make brinjal pieces -1wati..then in a fry pan fry each vegetable separately wth some salt.fry potato pieces with little salt..roast 2 tsp rai, 6-7 methi seeds,1/2 tsp kali miri, 5p6 red bedgi mirchi,1/4tsp hing...then powder it.. mix this masala in fried vegetables,add lemon juice & salt if needed...chow chow is ready to serve..try this its a yummy recipe..

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)

My Thali...Grated Suran Andhra Bhaji.. Yam Sabji , French Beans Kismur , Vilayati Dal , (Simple Dal Varan with Kanda, lasun ) , Gongura Chutney.. Tangy n Spicy Andhra Chutney....n...Rice.

  French Beans Kismur Recipe.. Ingredients: 1.parasbi(french beans)- 250gms,finely chopped. 2.onion -2 small, finely chopped. 3.grated coconut - 3/4-1 wati 4.green chillies-2 long slits. 5.lemon juice -1 tsp or to taste 6.salt to taste 7.dhania leaves- finely chopped for garnishing 8.oil - to fry (appx 2-3 tb sp) Instructions: 1.heat oil in a fry pan add chopped parasbi, little  salt, green chilly and fry till its crispy and light  brown. 2.In a serving bowl, add onion,grated coconut,  little salt, fried parasbi, dhania leaves and  lemon juice and mix well. 3.garnish with dhania leaves and serve. Grated Suran Andhra Bhaji.. Yam Sabji Recipe.. Remove skin of Suran.. you can take Suran piece  as much as your need. Grate it thicker  not fine. ( Wheat Rava )... 1 cup Grated fresh Coconut...3/4 cup. Green Chilies... 3to 4 as per taste ..chopped finely. Grated Ginger... 1tsp.. or 1  inch Ginger piece. Salt..as per taste.. Sugar ..1 tsp.or Gud... Small piece as per taste. Oil.. to fry Thalipeeth or Doddak. Water..to mix dough. Method...
