Soft n Spongy Idlis n Chutney Powder

Idlis..Recipes Ingredients.... 1. Udid Dal... 1 cup 2. Rice.. Ponni or Idli Rice... 3 cups if grinding in table top grinder with stones.. or  2 cups if grinding in regular mixie 3.  Methi Seeds.. 6 to 8 seeds 4.  Salt as per taste or 1 tsp. 5.  Water ... to  soak n  Grind. 6.  Oil.. little to grease idli moulds 1. Soak Udid dal , Rice n Methi seeds separately in water for 3 hours. 2. Then Grind   in the table top grinder with stone. .but 1st grind udid dal with adding little little at a time ...dont add all the water at a time. N grind it for more time..so udid dal textures comes very well.then remove it. 3.  Then grind rice finely . 4..Mix both the batters.keep batter thick.n keep for fermenting for overnight.. 5. Udid n Moong Dal Dosa Recipe.. Ingredients.. 1.  Udid Dal ..1Cup 2.  Yellow Moong Dal..1 Cup 3.  Green Chillies... 2to3 4. Ginger... small piece 1 inch 5. Hing.... 1/4tsp. 6. Water..to grind. 7. Salt.. as per taste or 1/2 tsp. Method.. 1....    1cup White Udid Dal to 1cup Yellow Moong dal,. soak it for 2 to 3 hours. 2....     Then grind it with green chilli,some ginger n hing n salt with water, 3... make batter ready just like other Dosas. 4.... then immediately make dosas..  Chutney Powder.. Eggless Biscuit Cake in Pressure Cooker

Biscuit cake  .. Ingredients.. 1. 2 cups powdered glucose biscuits 2. 3/4 cup hot milk. 3. 1/4 cup choco horlicks or bournvita Or Cocoa Poweder unsweetened.If you r using unsweetened cocoa Powder then add 3 to 4 tbsp of Sugar powder. 4.  1/4 tsp baking powder 5. 1/2 tsp baking soda 6. Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp. Method.. 1. Mix the hot milk and horlicks,or coco powder,vanilla and mix well. 2. Mix all dry ingredients i.e. Glocose Biscuits Powder,Baking Powder n Baking Soda. 3. Then add the milk mixture. 4.  Put in a greased baking dish or cooker steel vessel n keep Parchment  Paper in side the bottom of it. Then add Cake Batter in it. 5. And heat a cooker (remove whistle and rubber). Now place cooker stand ..and the baking dish put cooker lid and 5 mins on high and then 20 mins on medium low. 6. Let cool and remove and icing you can use Hershey's  or  Nuetella. 7. You can use choco Biscuits, or Hide n seek, or Digestive Bisuits.or Bourbon or any
