My Thali Today...Jumping Potato , Garlic Tadka Dal , Egg Bhurji , Vangi Phodi.. Brinjal Shallow Fried Crispies , Kairi n Ridge Gourd Skin ( Ghosalyache peels ), Coconut Chutney....Soft Wheat Atta Aalan Roti (Ukadi (cooked ) Roti ) ....n.... Rice

   Garlic Tadka Dal...Recipe.. Pressure cook 1 Cup Toor Dal  till Dal cooks very soft.. then mash it or mix it till no  Dal grain remains.  Add water as much you need.. keep for boiling..add salt in it.. add haldi in it.. mix it.. boil it properly.. keep the thickness of Dal as you like. Make tadka with Ghee add cushed lots of Garlic n Whole Red Chilli pieces ..Fry till Garlic gets slight Brown..add tadka in Dal.. Lasun Tadka Dal is ready to serve. Egg Bhurji...  Recipe... 1..Whisk the 4  Eggs in a bowl..Keep aside. 2.. Finely Chop 2 Medium Onions. 3.. Finely Chop 2 to 3 Green Chillies. 4... Finely Chop 1 Small Tomato. 5.. Finely Chop Dhania Leaves. 6..In a Pan add 2 tabsps Of Oil or Ghee. Add 1/2 tsp.of Jeera..  then Add Finely Chopped Onions, Green Chillies , Some Finely Chopped Dhania Leaves.. Stir Fry till Onions Become soft ..then Add Finely Chopped Tomato..  Fry till Tomato Gets Mixed with onions.  Then add Whisked Eggs in it.. Add 2 tabsps.to 3 tabsps of Milk in it..  add Salt,

My Thali Today.... Kolhapuri Chicken Curry.. , Light n Healthy Rice Flour Bhakris or Rotis.....we call it Alaan Roti.. very Easy ..quick n Tasty Rotis.. with Onion Salad..n...Steamed Rice.

  Kolhapuri Chicken Curry.. Recipe.. Marinate chicken with haldi,salt,Green masala with lots of garlic dhania leaves n Green chillies,.. In some oil..Fry long cut onions, Fresh grated coconut n little of sukha grated  Khopra,(dry coconut )  Then Fry in few drops of oil ..whole garam masala dry  dhania  seeds,jeera,lavang,dalchini,black pepper,saunf,),add grated ginger n Grated garlic ginger,  n some dhania leaves....then grind it..  In cooker add oil,put kolhapuri masala powder .(which is red masala of red chillies,  onions,garlic,garam masala & dry coconut which is fried & in powder form)}.. then add some finely chopped onions,tomato fry till soft.  add ground masala fry add chicken fry for few minutes,..then add water & cook it.. kolhapuri chicken is ready to serve. when we put kolhapuri masala in oil it gives nice red colour to a curry..it becomes  yummy..  Garnish with dhania leaves n serve with Bhakri or Rotis ..  Light n Healthy  Rice Flour  Bhakris or Rotis.....we ca

Crispy Potato n Arabic Roti Powder Tikki.... Usually I make Potato n Bread Tikkis..But Today I made it with Arabic Roti powder instead of Bread..

 Potato n Arabic Roti or Bread Tikkis... Recipe Description:  yummy,very easy, delicious n very crispy snack or a very good starter... Ingredients:  1.boiled potatoes-5to6 2.Today I used 3cups of Arabic Roti powder made in mixie..(Usually I use  bread slices-5to6 in stead of Roti Powder.. 3.garlic(lasun)5 cloves 4.green chillies-3to4(as per taste) 5.dhania leaves 6.salt 7.oil-to fry Instructions:  1.peel and mash boiled potatoes. 2.Today I made powder like suji of Arabic Rotis ( If you r using bread slices then dip bread slices in some water,squeeze and remove all water from the bread immediately.) 3.grind garlic and green chillies coarsely without water. 4.mix mashed potatoes,n Dry Roti powder ( or wet bread slices), ground masala, lots of dhania leaves and salt. 5.make small, round, flat tikkis. 6.heat oil & deep fry tikkis. 7.if tikkis break while frying in oil, then add some more powder or some more bread can be added to the mixture. 8.tikkis are ready to serve with tomato ketc

Left Over Khubus or Arabic Bread n Suji Thalipeeth For Breakfast.... We can Use Any types of Rotis ,Tandoor Rotis or Kulcha

  Left Over Kubus or Arabic Bread n Suji Thalipeeth  Recipe... Ingredients.. Khubus or Arabic Bread ..3 to 4 ..as per needed..you can use any rotis or Tandoori nan or Kulcha   Fine Rawa (Suji ) Green Mirchi (Chillies)..3..4 Garlic ..2 big Dhania leaves.. as needed Onion.. 1 big chopped finely Sugar... 1sp or as per taste Salt..as per taste Water.. as needed Oil.. for frying Method.. Put Khubus or Arabic bread  or any Rotis in mixie n grind it n make powder .. take it in a bowl, Take 1 full cup of Powdered Rotis..   My Thali Today..... Rice Shevai n Sweet Rass with Batata Soang , Tomato Hot n sweet chutney , Appinmidi Kairi Lonche , n Coconut oil to serve with Shevai.. hope you all will like it.. Rice Shevai.. Extremely tasty & traditional aamchi style noodles.Looks and sounds difficult but actually very easy to make.. Shevai n Sweet Rass is a very traditional Amchi dish... We always say Atithi Devo Bhav.. and so in my childhood my mother used to make this special dish whenever we had guests for lunch or dinner..and guests used to enjoy it .. but today no guests but I made it..why you know?? My grand daughter Ira loves this .and yesterdsy night she asked me Amma can you plz make Shevai n Rass ??..so I fulfilled her Farmaish happily..  Here r my recipes.... Rice Shevai... Idli Rawa, Cabbage n Onion Masala Idli... Its tasty for Breakfast ...these Idlis cherish all my childhood memories ....my mother used to make it regularly..

Idli Rawa,  Cabbage n Onion Masala Idlis...  This is my Mother's recipe.... Ingredients..... Idli Rawa...2 cups. Fresh Grated  Coconut... 3/4 th to 1 cup Bedgi or Kashmiri Whole Red Chillies..... 4...5...you can add more or less as per your taste.. Hing.... 1/2 tsp. Imli ... Small ball..as per taste. Salt as per  taste..or 1/2 tsp. Gud.... 1 to 2 tab sps.. (optional ) but Ilike to add as it enhance the taste. Cabbage... Grated or chopped finely 1 to 1n1/2 cup. Onion...1 Medium..Finely Chopped..   Method... Grind in a mixie Fresh grated Coconut, Imli, n whole Red chillies , n Hing  n salt n Gud,. Make slight coarsely..  .    In a big open bowl.  Take Idli Rawa , Add Grated Cabbage,  n Chopped Onion  Add ground  Coconut masala ...Mix well. Add water only till proper idli thick batter  Cover it n Keep it atleast  for half an hour.   Then brush some coconut Oil to Idli  moulds .. fill it with batter. Steam it in  steamer or Cooker  for 12 minutes.  Remove Idlis ..keep it for 5 minutes

Amba Vadi... ( Mango Sweet Katli ).

 Amba Vadi... Ingredients.. Fresh Alphonso Mango Juice... 1 cup. Sugar.. 1 cup Ghee.. 1tsp. Elaichi Powder..lottle more than pinch. Milk Powder.. 1/4 th cup Method.. Take 2 Sweet Mango juice.. put it in the Mixie n  blend it. Add this juice in the kadhai or pan.. add sugar  in it. Keep stirring on low flame..when it starts  becoming thick add 1 tsp. Ghee in it.. n keep  stirring continuously. After it becomes slightly thick add 1/4 cup milk  powder in it.. add elaichi powder in it. About after 10 to 12 minutes .. mixture will   become thick..n start leaving pan sides.. it  shudnt  be dry. At that time remove it..n spread it at the back  side of  greased plate with ghee. Nicely  spread it evenly n thin. You can do it with plastic spetula.. After it becomes cold. Cut it in the diamond  shape..seperate each Vadi.. Amba Vadi will be ready ..

My Thali Today... Takachi Kadhi.. (Butter Milk Kadhi ) , Chavali leaves bhaji (Green Leaf Bhaji) , ( Potato-Brinjal-Dodka (Ridge Gourd)-Brinjal -Cauliflower n Green Peas Mixed Bhaji ) , Dodka Fry , Phulka ....n.....Rice

  Takachi Kadhi.. (Butter Milk Kadhi )....  recipe... Mix 2 tabsps of Besan in 2 to 3 cups of Buttermilk.. Make tadka with Ghee ,some Rai, Jeera, methi seeds , 2 lavang , currypatta, whole red  chilli, hing n Haldi.. then add paste of green chilli n small ginger piece..  Then add mixture of Buttermilk n Besan.. Add some sugar n salt as per taste..boil it ...keep stirring it till boil.. or it might curdle.. Add some dhania leaves..garnish it n serve. Chavali leaves bhaji... (Green leaf) This is very simple green leaf bhaji..very easy and quick recipe.. Ingredients: 1.Chavali Bunch-2 2.Oil-1tabsp. 3.Garlic-5-6. 4.Whole red chillies-2-3. 5.Salt-as per taste. 6.Sugar-pinch or little more. Preparation: 1.Clean and wash chavali leaves. 2.Chop it finely. 3.Make tadka..heat oil,add crushed garlic,and whole red chillies,add chopped green leaves.add salt,sugar..mix it.. 4.do not add water.cook for 4-5 minutes till bhaji gets cooked.do not cook more time.as its original green colour will be lost.

My Thali Today.... Bangda Fish Amshe Tikhshe... (Adding Raw Mango ) , Cabbage Bhaji , Khamang Kakdi , Roasted Papad ...n.....Rice

 Bangda Fish Amshe Tikhshe... (Adding Raw Mango ) Recipe.. 1.Clean 1/2kg Bangda fish & make 2-3 pieces of each.add salt,haldi and keep aside  2.Roast 6to 8 red Kashmiri chillies in few drops of oil for 1/2 minute. 3.Grind 2tabsps grated coconut, kashmiri red chillies,1.4tsp haldi,2-3 garlic cloves, make fine smooth paste with water. 4.Grind 5-6 tirfal with little water and strain it ..or just add tirfals in final round  of grinding masala,just grind it for 2 to 3 seconds. 5.Boil ground masala,tirfal water, by adding some more water. 6. Add Some Raw Mango thin slices in it while boiling.. 7.Add fish pieces and boil it till fish is cooked. 8.Sprinkle 1tabsp.coconut oil on the curry,cover with lid.curry is ready..serve with rice. Cabbage Bhaji.... Recipe... Chop Cabbage  in thin long pieces..you can grate it . Maake Tadka in a pan with oil , add Rai ,Jeera ,Currypatta ,green chillies , litle of Udid dal   hing n haldi..  Then add Cabbage in it.. Mix it..  Add little of Dhane n Jeera p

Oats n Besan ( Gram Flour ) Chilla With Tomato Ketchup For Breakfast...

 Oats n Besan Chilla.... Chilla is like pancake.its instant ,tasty , n healthy Breakfast.. Very   good for Diabetic People...    Recipe... Ingredients... Oats.... 2 cup Besan... About 3/4th cup to 1 cup as per taste.. Onion... 1 big Finely chopped Tomato... 1 Big Finely chopped Green Chillies ...2 Finely chopped Dhania Leaves.. lots of ..atleast 1/2 cup Finely chopped Red chilli powder... 1/2 tsp. Haldi... 1/2 tsp. Water ..as needed for batter Oil.. as needed to shallow fry Dhane n Jeera Powder... 1/2 tsp. Salt ..as per taste Carrot.. Grated 2 tabsps. Vegetables like Palak , Cabbage , Capsicum ..or any veggies you like..only if you want to  add it.. Today I havent added it... Method... Soak Oats in some water for 15 minutes so it becomes soft...  Then add Besan in it.. Add finely chopped Onion n Tomato..Add Grated Carrot n any  veggies if you want.. Add Finely chopped Green chillies , dhania leaves , dhane  n jeera powder , haldi , red  chilli powder , salt , mix it.. add water as need

My Thali Today.....Onion Ginger Coconut Tambli (Thand kadhi ) , Kakadi Salachi (peels,skin) Talasani , Alu Methi Bhaji ( Sabji ) , Bangda n Prawns Fry , Phulka .....n... Rice

Tambli ( with onion,ginger)... Recipe; we make different varietis of tambli..either with garlic,or with onion-ginger..or palak tambli..all have different taste & recipes.. Today I made onion tambli means just ,made fine paste with fresh coconut,some red  whole chillies,&small piece of tamarind..&  After making fine paste lastly I added 1onion pieces,& small ginger,1tabsp dahi.,salt.&again ground it jst for few seconds.. we can add water as required..no need of heating it.. it tastes very yummy with hot steamed rice Kakadi Salachi (Peels,or Skin) Talasani...  Recipe Description: This is my Granny's recipe...its very simple..and  tasty too..so try it..  Tavshe n Rawa Idli... Recipe Description: A very healthy and nutritious meal/snack for all .quick and easy to make. Tavshe means Big Goan Cucumber .. if you dont get it you can use regular kakdi.. Ingredients:  1.wheat rawa(semolina)-1 bowl 2.dahi-2tabsps. 3.milk - 1/2 bowl or water. 4.2-3 green chillies chopped 5.grated coconut - 1/2 - bowl 6.ginger small piece 7.dhania leaves- handful 8.curry leaves -5-6 9.rai - 1/2 tsp 10.hing n 1 small red whole chilli 11.salt to taste 12.Gud.- appx 1/2 tsp or to taste 13.oil 1tbsp for tadka 14.fruit salt(plain eno)- 3/4 tsp 15.cashewnuts - small pieces(optional) 16. My Thali Today..... Batata Kachrya... ( Potato Dry Subji).. Quick ,Easy n Tasty Maharashtrian Side Dish , Tomato Rasam , Ambya Sasam... ( Mangalore Traditional Mango Curry ) , Mooli Raita , Phulka ......n..... Rice.

 Batata Kachrya... ( Potato Dry Subji).. Quick ,Easy n Tasty Maharashtrian Side Dish... Recipe..  Peel 4 to 5 Potatoes .. then keep it water.. just before making sabji remove it..  Cut thin slices as you can see in my Thali pic.. In a open pan take 2 tabsps. Of  oil.. heat it then add 1/2 tsp Rai ( mustard seeds), 1/4 tsp  Jeera , 1 chopped Green chilli, Hing n Haldi as needed, then add sliced Potatoes.. saute it..  then add some Goda masala or any home made masala if you have this is optional.. if you  dont have then add pinch of red chilli powder..mix it ..add Salt as per taste.. add some  green dhania leaves.. mixit.. cover it n cook it till Potatoes gets soft ..then remove lid n fry  it till gets slightly crisp n brown.. this Potato Kachrya tadte yummm with Chapati or  Bhakri..Garnish with lots of Dhania leaves.. n serve..   Dalithoy... (Mangalore Traditional Dal ) Recipe.. Cook 1 cup Toor dal with water in pressure cooker till it cooks very well. Then whisk the dal properly. Add some more water if needed..add 2 green chillies chopped..add some thinly long chopped ginger ,3 to 4  currypatta ,and little of hing powder , salt ..boil it nicely.. Then add Tadka with ghee n oil mixed with rai, red chilli , currypatta n hing n haldi powder.. Dalithoy is ready to  serve. Sharfal Sukke.... Sharfal ( Bhokra or Gunda )Sukke...Sharfal or Bhokra or Gunda Are Usually Used in Making Pickles with Raw Mango in Maharashtra n Gujrat.But Sharfal Sukke Is My Favourite Traditional Side Dish ...

  Sharfal Sukke.. Recipe.... Sharfal means gunda.its like small fruit. Gujarati people make pickle with this along with raw mango.. But our  make sukke or talasani with this.This is my Traditional Dish..My granny  ,mummy used to make this. this vegetable is available only in may,June..like mango. To make subji with this is very time consuming. Take 750 gms of Sharfal.. It is very sticky from inside.we have to remove seeds which r sticky.then chop it..  keep it in imli & salt water.every time we have to dip our hands in this water as hands  become very sticky. Then make half n make 2 pieces of each side.keep itbin salt n Imli water.. then remove n  keep it in strainer.. Then Grind Fresh grated Coconut, 1 cup with Fried Methi seeds 1/4 tsp n  8 to 10 Whole  Red Chillies together... My Fish Thali Today.... Goan Prawns Curry , Prawns n Magge Saaru.... ( Recipe From Karnatak ), Black Pomfret Fish Fry... ( Halwa Fish Fry )...n.... Rice.

  Goan Prawns Curry..  Recipe... Wash n clean prawns. 1to 1n half cup... remove black thread from each prawn.. then apply some salt to it.. keep aside. Grind together 1 cup fresh grated coconut, 1tabsp.of dhania seeds, 1/4 tsp. Jeera, 4 garlic cloves, 4..5 whole red chilli, 1/2 tsp Haldi, 1/2 small onion,..make fine paste.. Then  in a kadhai take oil.. add 1/2 finely chopped onion, fry till soft..  then add ground masala.. 1tabsp.of imli juice, salt, green chillies, long cut ginger pieces.. boil it nicely  then add prawns in it.. boil till prawns get cooked..  garnish with dhania leaves n serve Prawns n Magge Saaru.... ( Recipe From Karnatak ).... Recipe.... Wash n Clean Prawns..1cup .. Make pieces of Magge ( South Indian Yellow Cucumber ) ..1 cup. Boil Magge pieces with some water n salt for 5 to 7 minutes. On apan add 1/4 tsp of  oil..Fry 6to 8 Red Kashmiri Chillies for few minutes.remove n keep it..  then in that pan add 1 tab sp.of Dhania seeds, 1/2 tsp of Jeera , 4 to 5 Methi seed

My Thali Today....Kulith Usal ( Horse Gram Usal) , Kulith Saar , Bhendi Masala , Stir Fried Broccoli..... n.... Rice

  Kulith Saar recipe... This Saar is made with water of cooked kulith.I soaked kulith for 4 hours then  kept for  sprouts for overnight.. .. (but we can cook it without soaking as well. ). Cook Sprouted Kulith with salt n water in the pressure cooker  for 3 whistles..  Take out all the water from  cooked  kulith..this water is used for saar. grind 1tabsp.fresh grated coconut,1 whole red chilli, 3 tabsp.cooked kulith 1/2tsp.dhania  seeds,2-3 chopped garlic,small piece of imli(chinch) with water.make fine paste..  add this in boiled kulith water..add salt,little gud,1-3 green chillies.2crushed garlics.then  boil it nicely for 5 minutes.make tadka of 1tabsp.ghee,5-6 crushed garlics,1whole red  chilli..add it in saar..garnish with dhania leaves..saar is ready to serve Kulith Usal  recipe..   PARASBI (FRENCH BEANS) KOSHIMBIR.. RECIPE.. 1.heat 2-3tabsp.oil in a fry pan add 250gms.chopped parasbi, little salt,2 long slit green  chillies and fry till its crispy and light brown. 2.In a serving bowl, add 2 finely chopped onion,3/4 wati grated coconut, little salt, fried  parasbi, finely chopped dhania leaves and1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix well. 3.garnish with dhania leaves and serve. Arvi Jumping...... (Taro root Dry Spicy Sabji ).... Recipe..  Steam Arvi till soft.. peel it ..make small pices of it. take little more oil in a pan.. add lots of crushed garlic..fry till slight brown.. Add Arvi pieces.. add haldi,salt & lots of red chilli powder.. and fry it till Arvi pieces get crisp n well mixed.  it is spicy  so we call it Arvi jumping!!!!  Sweet Sheera or Suji Halwa... Recipe.. Home Made Tuna Biryani with Raita n Papad...Very Easy, Simple n Quick Biryani to Make..Try it.

Tuna Fish Biryani.. Recipe Ingredients Light Tuna in Water.. 1 tin..400gms. Rice..1cup 1 medium onion..long cut Small Capsicum..chopped small pieces Garlic..3 chopped finely Ginger.. 1/2 inch chopped fineliy Medium Tomato...1 finely chopped 1 or 2 green chilli. Dalchini ..small piece.. Lavang..cloves..4 Green Elaichi..4 Black Pepper ... 5to6 Jeera powder..1 tsp. Dhania powder..1 tsp Pinch of red chilli powder. Salt as per taste Maggi Chicken stock cube..1/2  Dhania leaves.. Kesar mixed in milk or yellow colour Oil..1 Tabsp.. Butter.. 2 tabsp. Method.. Wash n keep the rice for 1 hour.. In water add elaichi,lavang, dalchini , black pepper n little oil.. after boiling add rice n  cook for 70 % ..  do not cook fully. Then strain n keep it. My Thali Today... Vaali n Dal Ambat ( Mangalorian Curry with Toor Dal n Malabar Spinach or Mayalu or Basale ) , Bharali Vangi ( Stuffed Brinjals) , Palak Raita , Chapati ..n... Rice

 Vaali n Dal Ambat ( Mangalorian Curry with Toor Dal n Malabar Spinach or Mayalu or Basale ) Recipe.... Boil washed N chopped Green Vaali bhaji with some salt and water.  Cook1cup Toor Dal in pressure cooker till very soft. then mash it. add cooked bhaji in it. In tadka pan fry less than 1/4 methi seeds in few drops of oil add 3-4 whole red bedgi  chillies in it. grind together fresh 1 cup grated coconut,small piece of imli , 1/tsp haldi,and fried methi  & red chillies in to a fine paste.  add this ground masala in dal and green leaves vaali mixture. add salt as per taste. , pinch sugar(optional).boil it. then make tadka of oil and add 1finely chopped onion.fry till brown and add in  curry. Ambat is ready to serve. Bharali Vangi (stuffed brinjals).... recipe... Give cross slits to Small Vangi(brinjals) 250gms.. fry finely cut onions 2 in oil till it becomes soft.. In a bowl Mix  chopped onions,  grated fresh coconut 2tabsps.in..add Goda masala 1tabsp.  Add roasted groundnut powder

Vangi (Brinjal) Soang.... Recipe..  Chop Vaangi inmedium pieces.. Chop 2 onions finely . Take 3 to 4 tabsps of coconut oil or any other oil in a pan. add chopped onions.fry till light brown . Add 1/2tsp.of haldi, 2 tabsps.of kashmiri red chilli powder,.add1 tabsp.of tamarind (imli)  juice. Add salt,as per taste... Saute for 2 minutes.. Add vangi pieces..mix it..add little water ..boil it till Vangi pieces gets mixed with masala. Vangi Soang is ready to serve. Ambyachi Andurli or Kolu ( Mango Curry ) Recipe... My Thali Today... Rajma Masala with Steamed Rice , Cucumber -Onion Salad , n....Roasted Papad.

  Rajma Masala.... Recipe... 1.. Soak  2 cups Rajma Over Night..  Morning Cook it with Adding Water In the Cooker for 2 Whistles.. 2.. Then In pressure Cooker take 3tabsps.of Oil Or Ghee add 2 cloves, 1Tejpatta, 1 Green  Elaichi, 4to 5 Black pepper, Fry for few Seconds.   Then Add 1 onion Paste 1tabsp.of Garlic n Ginger Paste, fry Till it becomes Slight Brown  and Then add 1 Finely Chopped Tomato... Fry till Tomato Becomes Soft..then Add Haldi ,  Red Chilli powder, Dhania Powder , Jeera powder  as per taste.. add Salt, mix it.. then add  Cooked Rajma in it.. Mix it Properly.. n again cook it For 3 to 4 Whistles..Garnish with  Dhania leaves n serve. ..( Keep Gravy thick as You like). Cucumber -Onion Salad.... Recipe... Make long pieces of Cucumber n Onion.. Sprinkle salt, pepper powder n red chilli powder on it.. Add some lemon juice.. Garnish with Dhania leaves n serve. Garnish with 

My Thali Today....Kolhapuri Sprouted Green Moong Usal , Bhendi..Onion Bhaji , Mixed Vegetables Sambhar ,Beetroot Raita , Phulka n..... Rice..

 Bhendi..Onion Bhaji... Recipe... Cut 250 gms Bhendi in to round pieces..chop finely 1 big onion. Make small pieces of green mirchi 2. Chop finely 4 to 5 garlic  cloves.. In a pan or kadai take 2 to 3tabsps of oil....add chopped green chillies n chopped garlic.. then add choped onion, fry for few minutes.. Add chopped Bhendi in it.. stir it..  Add some Haldi, pinch of red chilli powder ,or Any malvani or Agri masala ,salt ,stir it for few minutes..cover for 2 to 3 minutes.. then remove the lid n fry it till all stickiness of Bhedi disappears.. n Bhendi is nicely fried with onion n all.. Garnish it with Dhania leaves n serve. Sprouted Green Moong Usal with Kolhapuri Red Fried Onion ,Garlic n Dry Coconut Masala... These Addai r very healthy n crispy.. we add so many things while grinding so infact no need of chutney ..Batter doesnt need fermentation so its very quick to make it...I have made it only with mixed dals.. not added any rice to it..
