My Guru Pournima Naivedya Kesari Bhaat (Sweet Rice ) n Besan Ladoo..

  Kesari Bhaat.. sweet Rice. Ingredients... Rice... 1 cup Sugar... 1 cup or slightly less than 1 cup as per taste.. Ghee less than 1/4 cup Dry Fruits..Cashew , Badam , Pista, khismis,  3 elaichi..n pinch of Elaichi powder. 3 tabsps of warm Milk n pinch of  kesar strands. Pinch orange or yellow colour  .but I didnt use any artificial colour. Cloves (Lavang)..6 to 8. Method.. Take 2tabsps of ghee in a pan fry the dry fruits full.or make slices of dryfruits n fry it.. Wash Rice n keep it for 1/2 an hour. Remove it then take 2 tabsps of ghee n fry 2..3 lavang . add this washed rice for 2 minutes.. Add 2 cups of water..n cook it till it is done.. Then add sugar in it..add fried nuts ... keep it on low flame...keep stirring.. add 3 crushed elaichi.. add pinch of elaichi powder,  add some 5to 6 tabsps of ghee n keep stirring. add kesar soaked in milk.., colour if you like.. keep it on flame till all gets well mixed n Kesari Bhaat gets ready to serve..

My Thali Today... Sprouted Vaal Birde(Dalimbi Usal) , Ash Gourd ( kuwalya)Ambat ( Coconut Masala Curry ).. , Takatlya (Buttermilk) Dalimbi (sprouted val)., Home Made Sun Dried Green Chillies in Buttermilk n Salt then Fried....n....Rice.

 Sprouted Vaal Birde (Dalimbi Usal) ... Recipe.. Soak Vaal overnight & give them sprouts..peel each Sprouted Vaal. make tadka of oil,add rai,hing,haldi,red chilli powder(optional),goda masala(or pinch garam masala), then add sprouted val in it.add 2 kokums in it.stir for few minutes..... Add coarsely ground fresh grated coconut, Green chillies n garlic n Jeera.. Saute Vaal with all this masala.. add water & cook it till Vaal gets soft.  then add salt as per taste,little sugar,or gud..again cook it properly. Garnish with dhania leaves. Vaal birde or usal is ready to serve. If You want to make it quick then you can make directly in pressure cooker.. add salt n gud n everything together n just cook for 1 or 2 whistles.then garnish with dhania leaves. My Non veg Thali...Kolhapuri Mutton Curry.., Mutton Masala Without Coconut..., Light n Healthy Rice Flour Bhakris.., Cucumber n Onion Salad ..., n...Rice.

  Kolhapuri Mutton Curry.. Recipe.. Marinate Mutton pieces  n 1 Potato pieces with its peel with haldi,salt,Green masala with lots of garlic dhania leaves n Green chillies,.. In some oil..Fry long cut onions, Fresh grated coconut n little of sukha grated  Khopra,(dry coconut )  Then Fry in few drops of oil ..whole garam masala dry  dhania  seeds,jeera,lavang,dalchini,black pepper,saunf,),add grated ginger n Grated garlic ginger,  n some dhania leaves....then grind it..  In cooker add oil,put kolhapuri masala powder .(which is red masala of red chillies,  onions,garlic,garam masala & dry coconut which is fried & in powder form)}.. then add some finely chopped onions,tomato fry till soft.  add ground masala fry add Marinated Mutton pieces n Potato pieces.... fry for few minutes,..then add water & cook it.. kolhapuri Mutton is ready to serve.  ( when we put kolhapuri masala in oil it gives nice red colour to a curry..it becomes  yummy .. ) Garnish with dhania leaves n serve wi
