My Thali..Prawns Humman.. (Prawns Curry) ,Jumping Potato... Red Spicy dry Sabji with Baby Potatoes , Palak dal , French Beans Koshimbir , Fried sabudana Papdi, n Dried Mirchi , ...n...Rice

 Prawns Humman.. (Prawns Curry).. Recipe.. 1.Grind 1cup grated coconut, 6 to 7 Whole Red  Chillies as per taste slightly roasted in oil)  Some tamarind or 2 Kokum and make a fine paste. 2.put the ground paste in a pan,add atleast  1tsp.Hing powder mixed in water. add Prawns,salt and little water and boil. 3.And finally once the humman is ready add  1tabsp.of Coconut oil,cover with lid and switch  off the gas. 4.Humman is ready to serve. Palak dal.. Recipe... Cook Toor Dal ,palak, green chillies, garlic, with  water in pressure cooker. Then mix it properly..  Add salt, make tadka with ghee or oil, rai,  chopped garlic, chopped ginger, jeera,  currypatta, red chilli, n haldi.. Upavasache Thalipeeth For Breakfast...

   Upavasache Thalipeeth... With Upavasachi  Bhajni Flour. Bhajni means roasted..Thalipeeth is just like  Bhakri in Maharashtra..or Doddak in Konkani. Its very nutricious n very healthy as it has  Upavas things like Sabudana, Rajgeera n  Singhada . It is the best for breakfast or even  for lunch or dinner.. Thalipeeth tastes good  with home made Loni ( White Butter.).or Home  made Ghee. You can buy ready Bhajni flour from  shop.and  make it instantly adding some things in it. For Making Thalipeet.. Take 2 cups of flour..add salt, add 1/4th cup  crushed Shengdana (roasted peanuts). Add crushed 2 green chillies finely chopped  with 1tabsp.of Jeera. ,  add finely chopped dhania leaves, Add salt as per taste n sugar (optional) as per  taste.
