My Thali Today... Drumsticks-Dal Amti... Shevgyachya shengachi Amti , Chavali leaves bhaji... (Green leaves) , Bhendi Sabji ,Stuffed StuffedKarela ( Bitter Gourd ) Pickle...n...Rice.

  Drumsticks-Dal Amti... Shevgyachya shengachi Amti Recipe Boil Toor dal in pressure cooker,  Make tadka with oil, jeera n Rai, Curry patta.. add oil drumsticks & tomato pieces..cook it till  soft.. Add Goda masala, red chilli powder .n boil it ..Then mix it with dal.. Make tadka of oil, rai, jeera, hing, haldi, currypatta, some goda masala, then pour it in dal mixture add imli juice, again add green chillies, dhania leaves, add salt, jaggery & boil it nicely till amti  aroma comes out.. garnish with dhania leaves. amti is ready to serve. My veg Lunch Thali...Sindhi vegetable kadhi, Mooli Raita, Garlic Tadka Buttermilk, Sweet Corn- Capsicum- Tomato Salad, Dried Mirchi n Onion Vadi,...&...Rice.

  SINDHI VEGETABLE KADHI.. RECIPE.. In a pan take 1-2 tsp oil and make tadka of  jeera,methi seeds .. add 3 tabsp.besan in it...fry till brown... then add some haldi,salt,& red chilli powder..fry  for 1 minute..then keep aside. In another pan fry 8-10 long pieces of bhendi &  keep it aside. In big kadhai or pan make tadka of jeera,methi  seeds,currypatta,green chillies. Add veggies (7-8 pieces of yam(suran),5-6 potato  pieces,8-10 drumsticks,handful gavar pieces,6-8  small brinjals with a slit,5-6 cauliflower big  pieces.fry nicely for 7-8 minutes.. Then add fried besan in to it..mix it. Add 4-5 glasses of hot water,cook l till veggies  are well cooked.. Then add Imli juice,little gud (optional..you can  skip it.),salt as per taste, mix it properly.. add more hot water if needed.give nice boil.. then finally add fried bhendis..and boil it again  for 2minutes without lid..garnish with dhania  leaves..and serve with rice or rotis.. Saanna Khotto... Masala Khotto With Cabbage.

 Saanna Khotto.. Recipe.. Ingredients.. Jackfruit leaves. Rice..1 cup.. or 1n 1/2 cup rice rawa.(I have used Rice rawa. Toordal...3/4th cup. Fresh Grated Coconut... 1 cup Whole red chillies... 6 to 8 or as per taste. Gud... 1tabsp.or as per taste. Salt.. as per taste. Cabbage... 2 cups grated. Hing...1 tsp. Onion... 1 chopped ..(optional) Imli... 1 small ball. Water..as needed. Haldi..1/4tsp. Soak  Rice n Toor dal,for 3 hours.. then grind it with  fresh grated coconut..3..4 red  whole chillies as required n imli n lots of hing  powder n haldi. If we r using Rice Rawa instead of rice then  wash it n soak it in the water for half an hour. no need of grinding Rice Rawa.n mix it in  ground mixture of Toor dal.  Ingredients....  You can take less quantity of each Dal..as after  soaking it becomes too much quantity..  you can take measurement with small katori or  small Bowl or even tabsps..  Take same measure of each dal.. Mix Dals.... Udid Dal...1/4 cup                       Moong Dal.. 1/4 cup                      Chana Dal... 1/4 cup                      Toor Dal.. 1/4 cup                      Masoor Dal... 1/4 cup                     Green Chilli...3 or 4                     Jeera...1/2 tsp.                      Hing... 1tsp.                     Curry patta....6to 8                    Salt... As per taste..                     Chopped Dhania.. 2 tabsps.                      Oil ..as needed to fry Appe.. Method.... My Thali... Pomfret n Prawns Curry ( Goan Style without no oil ), Tendli Kachrya or Ivy Gourd Fry, Bhendi Kurkuri , Pomfret n Prawns Fry...n...Rice.

 Tendli Kachrya or Ivy Gourd Fry... Recipe..                                                                                                                                                                      Wash n chop round thin slices of Tendli .. about 2to 3 cups. In a Pan take 2to 3 tab oil.. after it becomes hot  add Tendli slices in it.. Saute it..  then keep lid for some time n cook till tendli  pieces become slightly soft ..then remove lid n  keep frying it onmlow flame till it become  slightly crisp n brown..  switch off the gas ..add salt n Red chilli powder  as per taste.. mix it.cover it n keep..  Tendli Stir fry is ready to serve.   Bhendi Kurkuri.. Recipe.. Make slit in the middle of bhendi,,and make it half....Make thin stripes  Apply some salt,haldi,red chilli powder, hing, black pepper powder.  Mix it properly. Biscuit Roti..or Masala Poori...Instant without Stuffing.

Biscuit Roti..or Masala Poori...Instant without  Stuffing. Ingredients.. Wheat Flour..3 cups. Besan... 4 tabsps. Rawa... 4 tabsps. Oil..1tabsp.To knead n  more..to deep fry. Green Mirchi... 5to 6 Dhania leaves...1tabsp. n more to add Ginger... 1 inch. Hing.. 1/2 tsp. Curry patta..8to 10 leaves. Grated Fresh Coconut.. 1/2 cup Haldi..pinch. Salt .as per taste. Sugar (optional )less than 1/4 sp. Jeera.(optional)..1/4 tsp. Water.. to knead .as needed. Method.. Crush coarsely with out water grated  Coconut,green chillies, dhania, Hing, Currypatta  haldi,  Then add Besan n rawa in this crushed things.  Add salt, sugar , jeera..n mix it nicely.. add wheat  flour as needed.. add water n some oil ..knead  dough just like Poori dough. Keep it for 5 to 10 minutes. Or you can make it  immediately after kneading. Make small round  balls.. roll it like regular  Pooris ..not too thick nor thin . Deep fry these Pooris. My Birthday Thali Today....Palak Tambli ..Palak n Coconut Thand Kadhi , Double Beans Bendi), Lauki n Moong dal Sabji , Stuffed Karela Pickle...n... Rice.

   Palak Tambli ..Palak n Coconut Thand Kadhi  Recipe...  Palak Tambli...Recipe: 1.In a pan put 1/4 tsp.ghee and fry 1tsp.jeera, , 2- 3 green chopped chillies and add 1/4tsp. hing 2.grind 1/2 grated coconut, leaves of 1 bunch of  palak leaves boiled for 2 minutes  and the above  tadka(ghee,jeera,green chillies,hing),tamarind  and salt together,make a fine paste 3.add water in the paste and tambli is ready.no  need of heating..(water may be added as  required) 4.serve with rice. Recipe soak double beans for 6 to 8 hours.. cook it in  pressure cooker till soft.. grind red whole chillies,some ,2 to 3tabsp.fresh  grated coconut,little imli(tamarind).. make a fine paste..then add tirfal seeds in it and  grind it 1 more time(if it is available..or it can be  made without this.).. mix this masla with cooked  beans,add salt..give a nice boil..  make tadka of oil & lots of garlic..  add it in curry.. Home Made Paneer n Mava Modaks..Mava also is home made..

 Paneer n Mava Modaks.. Ingredients.. 1..Paneer..crumbled Paneer 1n1/2 cups...I have  used Frozen Amul Malai Panner. 2..Mava ..crumbled Mava ..2 cups 3..Sugar..3/4th cup..less or more as sweet we like. 4..cashew, Almond powder.or kesar Dudh  masala 5..Elaichi n Nutmeg Powder..1/2 tsp. 6..kesar (Saffron) in 1 tabsp.of warm milk. 7..Milk Powder... To make Mava about 2 cups. 8..Ghee ..home made..2 tsps. 9..water..4to 5 tabsps. Method.. We can use fresh Paneer or Frozen Malai Paneer. If Frozen paneer is used we have to keep this  paneer cubes in very hot water for 1/2 an hour  to make it fresh. Crumble this paneer nicely. Keep it aside. Making Mava at home method... Take milk powder in a plate or vessel .add 2 tsps  of ghee.mix it . Then add little 2 tsps of water at a time n start  kneading.. add water by tsp only n knead it. make dough like rote ata. Then keeo it in any pressure cooker  greased  vessel.n spread it in it. Steam it for 8 minutes..  take it out.. put it in a mixer n pulse i
