Recipe Description:
with these rasgullas.
Ingredients:
1.fresh full cream cow milk - 1 litre
2.white vinegar - 3tab.spoons
3.sugar -1+1/2 cup
4.water - 4 cups
5.rose water -as per taste(optional)
6.soda-very very little,less than pinch.
Instructions:
1.boil milk fully.then switch off gas.
2.add vinegar in to it. mix it well till water separates from milk .
3.take a muslin cloth and keep it in strainer and pour above milk in to it then wash it under
the running tap water till the venegar smell goes off completely.
4.make a potli of muslin cloth &squeeze it tightly till all the water goes off.
5.remove this milk solid in a plate,add soda and press it nicely with a palm for 5 minutes
& knead it well till it becomes a soft dough.
6.make small round balls of it.
7.put sugar and water in pressure cooker .and keep it on gas.
8.when sugar melts in water, add these milk balls and close the lid .. give 2 whistles.
9.add rose water.
10.rasgullas are ready to serve.
