My Lunch Thali.. Bhendi n Prawns Rassa, Beetroot Raita, Cauliflower -Dal Ambat (Amti ), Fresh Haldi Pickle, Home made Rice Papad, n... Rice.

CauliFlower Ambat Recipe... Boil big10 to 15 pieces of cauliflower pieces with some salt and water. Cook1cup Toor Dal in pressure cooker till very soft. then mash it.add cauliflower pieces in it.fry less than 1/4 methi seeds in few drops of oil add 3-4 whole red bedgi chillies in it.grind together fresh 1 cup grated coconut,small piece of chich, 1/tsp haldi,and fried methi & red chillies in to a fine paste. add this ground masala in dal and cauliflower pieces mixture.add salt as per taste. , pinch sugar(optional).boil it.then make tadka of oil and add 1finely chopped onion.fry till brown and add in curry.Ambat is ready to serve. Beetroot Raita..              Cook Beetroot big pieces with some  salt n little water. in the pressure cooker.then peel it.make small pieces..then add finely chopped onions.add  curd.add salt if you need.mix it nicely.then make tadka with ghee adding mustard seeds, currypatta, red ...

My Lunch Thali Today.... Crushed Tendli Talasani , Cauliflower -Dal Ambat (Dal with ground coconut masala), Potato Soang, Fresh just made Kairi Pickle with roasted masala powder, Sun drird n fried Green Chilli...n..Rice.

here is my recipe..  Sprouted Val Birde(Usal)...recipe  soak val overnight &give them sprouts..then peel each vaal..remove skin of each vaal.make tadka of oil,add rai,jeera,chopped garlic,green chillies,hing,haldi,red chilli powder,goda masala(or pinch garam masala),add 2kokums.then add sprouted val in it.stir for few minutes..then ...add water &cook it till val get soft..then add salt as per taste,little sugar,or gud..again boil it properly..add fresh grated coconut,& dhania leaves.. val birde or us al is ready to serve

Katache Saar... Recipe.. I always make katachi amti like maharashtrian style,but this time I made simple saar...cook Chaana dal in pressure cooker...then put boiled chaana dal in a strainer..n take  all the water in a vessel,,then add some green chilli, crushed  garlic ,salt , sugar n 2 kokum,.n some dhania leaves.then boil it nicely.n add tadka with ghee, crushed garlic n whole red chilli..Garnish dhania leaves..you can serve it .

My Simple Lunch Thali... White Dudhi ( Lauki ) n Tomato Bhaji , Garlic Tadka Dal, Palak Raita , Home made Garlic Coconut Chutney, Papad Fry & Rice.

Palak Raita Recipe.... 1.wash & finely chop 1bunch of palak leaves. 2.Boil palak,chopped 2 to 3 green chillies,grated 1 inch ginger,salt as per taste ,pinch of sugar,and very little water for 5 minutes till palak is cooked. 3.switch off gas & add whisked 1 cup dahi in it. 4.make tadka of 1tabsp.ghee,1/2 tsp.rai, 1/2 tsp.jeera,1whole red chilly and ;pinch of hing and add in palak raita. 5.palak raita is ready to serve.

My Today's Lunch Thali...Egg Palak , Batata Songg , Palak Dal , Padwal Crispies , & Rice.

palak egg recipe. 1.Boil water in a vessel,add palk leaves,green chillies.keep for 1 minute.and strain it and keep it under tap water for1 minute..then grind it.make fine paste. 2.Boil eggs,shell it and make 2 pieces. 3.In a pan take oil, add all whole garam masala..i.e.tejpatta,lavang, dalchini,elaichi,black pepper.then add finely chopped onions.fry for 2 minutes.add grated ginger,grated garlic..saute again till raw smell vanishes.. 4.Add finely chopped tomato.fry till it gets soft. 5.Add dhania powder,jeera powder,haldi,red chilli powder.fry till all masala gets mixed properly. 6.Then add egg pieces.add salt as per taste.saute for 2-3 minutes. 7.Add palak paste.mix it for 2 minutes. 8.Add fresh cream if you like..mix it.in this curry i have added some milk instead of cream. POTATO SONGG..Recipe.. boil the potatoes..remove skin.make pieces. chop onions finely .take coconut oil or any other oil in a  pan. add chopped onions.fry till light brown .add haldi, kashmiri red chill...

My Only Fish Thali....Pedve Fish red Curry , Prawns n Pedve Hinga Humman , Motyale(Belunji) , Prawns , n Pedve Fry.....& Rice.

Pedve fish red curry recipe.... clean 10 to 12 pedve fish & add salt,haldi and keep aside roast10-12 red Bedgi chillies in few drops of oil for 1 minute. grind 2tabsp grated coconut,red chillies,1.4tsp haldi,2-3 garlic cloves,smallball of tamarind.make fine,smooth paste with water. grind 5-6 tirfal with little water and strain it Boil ground masala,tirfal water, by adding some more water.add 2 kokum pieces add fish pieces and boil it till fish is cooked. sprinkle 1tabsp.coconut oil on the curry,cover with lid.curry is ready..serve with rice. Prawns n pedve hinga humman recipe... Clean prawns n pedve..add salt n haldi.keep aside. 1.grind grated coconut, whole red chillies(slightly roasted in oil),tamarind and make a fine paste 2.put the ground paste in a pan,add hing water, you will have to add more hing for good flavour.add salt and little water and boil.then add prawns n fish pieces in it.cook it. 3.and finally once the humman is ready add coconut oil,cover with l...

Cauli Flower Ambat.. Recipe... Boil Tur dal.. boil cauliflower big pieces.  Grind  fresh coconut with little of methi fried n red chillies. n chinch..haldi.  Add some salt n pinch of sugar.then add tadka with only onion or rai..currypatta n hing.

Make 2pieces of Beetroot,cook it with salt in s pressure cooker..then remove skin.make small pieces.add 1 finely chopped onion,1finely chopped geen chillies,1tabsp. chopped dhania leaves,salt ,mix well then add 1/2 to 1cup dahi in it. mix again..make tadka with 1tsp ghee ,1/4 tsp.mustard seeds, 4-5 currypatta, 1 whole red chilli, pinch of hing..add it in raita.. Beetroot Raita is ready to serve.

My Fish Thali...Halwa n Natholi Fish Curry , Prawns in Coconut milk Curry, Halwa Fish Fry.....& Rice fish fry...clean fish pieces..add salt.haldi..red chilli powder..mix it..then add green masala with some dhania leaves..green chilli n garic grinding coarsely without water..then roll it in rice powder.n rawa mixture..n shallow fry it.

My Sunday Thali...Bangda red spicy curry , Dal Tadka , Potato Sukki Bhaji , Pomfret Fry....& Rice..

Bangda red curry. recipe..... 1. Clean fish thoroughly and apply salt and turmeric and keep aside. 2. take 1/4 tsp oil in a pan and roast red chillies slightly. 3. grind red chillies, soaked tamarind ,few dhania seeds, 5-6 methi seeds,2 cloves, small dalchini piece, few mustard seeds, 2 garlic cloves,with water. make a fine paste. 4. fry the finely chopped onions in coconut oil (or any oil)till it turns soft &&slight brown.,add the ground chilly paste,salt and stir till oil seperates, then add fish in it..do not stir for some time. after some time change the fish sides.. fry for sometime. then add some water and simmer for 4-5 mins.make it dry. 5. serve with rice or chapati.. Fish Fry recipe.. Clean Pomfret or any Fish pieces.. apply salt,haldi,red chilli powder.add 2-3 kokum pieces &mix it.make rough paste of dhania  leaves,green chillies,lots of garlic.do not use water.apply this masala to the fish pieces.. roll it in fine  rawa &...

MUTTON KOORMA , HOME MADE PAV , & ONION SALAD FOR DINNER....

Mutton korma....recipe make korma powder masala...just heat on low flame.. 2tabsp.dhania seeds, 1tsp.jeera...3 green cardamoms...2 black cardamoms..5 cloves. Small piece of dalchini..1/2 tsp.saunf..1/2 tsp black pepper do not roast it ..then make powder n keep ready. Make green masala ready...grind some dhania leaves..few pudina leaves..tabsp.garlic paste..1tabsp.ginger paste.n 6 to 7 green chillies.grind it without water. Chop finely 4 medium onions .hop finely1 big tomato .in pressure cooker take 4 to 5 tabsp of oil.add 2 tejpatta..2 cloves..2 green elaichi..3 to 4 black pepper... then add chopped onions..fry till slight brown. .Add green masala paste.fry for some time..then add mutton ..fry for few minutes.add korma powder as much as you like.. .stir again. add tomato pieces then add salt as per taste..fry for few minutes..add water n cook it till mutton gets well cooked.......gravy shud be thin..before serving add lemon juice n dhania leaves.. mutton korma is ready to ...
