Ingredients..
1.Over Riped Bananas-6
2.Jaggery-1wati
3.Ghee -4-5 tabsp
4.Elaichi powder.-1Tsp
Instructions..
1.Remove skin of bananas,mash it properly,either with hand or in a grinder.
2.Take ghee in a pan,add mashed bananas,fry for 5 minutes on a low flame. then add jaggery in it and stir it
for 15to 20 minutes,till the mixture leaves the edges of a pan,and;till ghee gets separated from it.
3..then add elaichi powder.take greased thali with ghee,spread the mixture ,and cut it in to pieces.
