My Thali Today...Jumping Potato , Garlic Tadka Dal , Egg Bhurji , Vangi Phodi.. Brinjal Shallow Fried Crispies , Kairi n Ridge Gourd Skin ( Ghosalyache peels ), Coconut Chutney....Soft Wheat Atta Aalan Roti (Ukadi (cooked ) Roti ) ....n.... Rice
Garlic Tadka Dal...Recipe..
Pressure cook 1 Cup Toor Dal till Dal cooks very soft.. then mash it or mix it till no Dal grain remains.
Add water as much you need.. keep for boiling..add salt in it.. add haldi in it.. mix it.. boil it properly.. keep the thickness of Dal as you like.
Make tadka with Ghee add cushed lots of Garlic n Whole Red Chilli pieces ..Fry till Garlic gets slight Brown..add tadka in Dal.. Lasun Tadka Dal is ready to serve.
Egg Bhurji...
Recipe...
1..Whisk the 4 Eggs in a bowl..Keep aside.
2.. Finely Chop 2 Medium Onions.
3.. Finely Chop 2 to 3 Green Chillies.
4... Finely Chop 1 Small Tomato.
5.. Finely Chop Dhania Leaves.
6..In a Pan add 2 tabsps Of Oil or Ghee. Add 1/2 tsp.of Jeera..
then Add Finely Chopped Onions, Green Chillies , Some Finely Chopped Dhania Leaves..
Stir Fry till Onions Become soft ..then Add Finely Chopped Tomato..
Fry till Tomato Gets Mixed with onions.
Then add Whisked Eggs in it.. Add 2 tabsps.to 3 tabsps of Milk in it..
add Salt, Pepper Powder ..Mix It Nicely Till Eggs Get Properly Cooked..
Then Garnish With Dhania Leaves n Serve.
