Recipe Description:
yummy,very easy, delicious n very crispy snack or a very good starter...
Ingredients:
1.boiled potatoes-5to6
2.Today I used 3cups of Arabic Roti powder made in mixie..(Usually I use bread slices-5to6 in stead of Roti Powder..
3.garlic(lasun)5 cloves
4.green chillies-3to4(as per taste)
5.dhania leaves
6.salt
7.oil-to fry
Instructions:
1.peel and mash boiled potatoes.
2.Today I made powder like suji of Arabic Rotis ( If you r using bread slices then dip bread slices in some water,squeeze and remove all water from the bread immediately.)
3.grind garlic and green chillies coarsely without water.
4.mix mashed potatoes,n Dry Roti powder ( or wet bread slices), ground masala, lots of dhania leaves and salt.
5.make small, round, flat tikkis.
6.heat oil & deep fry tikkis.
7.if tikkis break while frying in oil, then add some more powder or some more bread can be added to the mixture.
8.tikkis are ready to serve with tomato ketchup or green Chutney.
