Dalithoy... (Mangalore Traditional Dal )
Recipe..
Cook 1 cup Toor dal with water in pressure cooker till it cooks very well.
Then whisk the dal properly. Add some more water if needed..add 2 green chillies chopped..add some thinly long chopped ginger ,3 to 4 currypatta ,and little of hing powder , salt ..boil it nicely..
Then add Tadka with ghee n oil mixed with rai, red chilli , currypatta n hing n haldi powder.. Dalithoy is ready to serve.

Make medium thin pieces of Parwal as shown in my thali pic..
Add Salt, Haldi n Red Chilli powder n Hing in it..
Mix it well.
Add Rice powder n some Besan in it till all pieces get well covered..
Then shallow fry these Phodis till it become crispy...
