Amba Vadi...
Ingredients..
Fresh Alphonso Mango Juice... 1 cup.
Sugar.. 1 cup
Ghee.. 1tsp.
Elaichi Powder..lottle more than pinch.
Milk Powder.. 1/4 th cup
Method..
Take 2 Sweet Mango juice.. put it in the Mixie n
blend it.
Add this juice in the kadhai or pan.. add sugar
in it.
Keep stirring on low flame..when it starts
becoming thick add 1 tsp. Ghee in it.. n keep
stirring continuously.
After it becomes slightly thick add 1/4 cup milk
powder in it.. add elaichi powder in it.
About after 10 to 12 minutes .. mixture will
become thick..n start leaving pan sides.. it
shudnt be dry.
At that time remove it..n spread it at the back
side of greased plate with ghee.
Nicely spread it evenly n thin. You can do it with plastic spetula..
After it becomes cold. Cut it in the diamond
shape..seperate each Vadi..
Amba Vadi will be ready ..
