My Thali Today... Takachi Kadhi.. (Butter Milk Kadhi ) , Chavali leaves bhaji (Green Leaf Bhaji) , ( Potato-Brinjal-Dodka (Ridge Gourd)-Brinjal -Cauliflower n Green Peas Mixed Bhaji ) , Dodka Fry , Phulka ....n.....Rice


 

Takachi Kadhi.. (Butter Milk Kadhi ).... 

recipe...

Mix 2 tabsps of Besan in 2 to 3 cups of Buttermilk..

Make tadka with Ghee ,some Rai, Jeera, methi seeds , 2 lavang , currypatta, whole red 

chilli, hing n Haldi.. then add paste of green chilli n small ginger piece.. 

Then add mixture of Buttermilk n Besan.. Add some sugar n salt as per taste..boil it ...keep stirring it till boil.. or it might curdle..

Add some dhania leaves..garnish it n serve.





Chavali leaves bhaji... (Green leaf)

This is very simple green leaf bhaji..very easy and quick recipe..


Ingredients:

1.Chavali Bunch-2

2.Oil-1tabsp.

3.Garlic-5-6.

4.Whole red chillies-2-3.

5.Salt-as per taste.

6.Sugar-pinch or little more.


Preparation:

1.Clean and wash chavali leaves.

2.Chop it finely.

3.Make tadka..heat oil,add crushed garlic,and whole red chillies,add chopped green leaves.add

salt,sugar..mix it..

4.do not add water.cook for 4-5 minutes till bhaji gets cooked.do not cook more time.as its original green

colour will be lost..




Potato-Brinjal-Dodka (Ridge Gourd)-Brinjal -Cauliflower n Green Peas Mixed Bhaji 


Recipe... 


Potato... 4 made cubes with skin.

Brinjal 1/2 cup made big pieces 

Cauliflower...1 Cup made big pieces.

Dodka... 1/2 Cup peeled n made cubes.

Big onion..1 n Tomato chopped finely

Green Peas 1/4 cup

You can add or skip any vegetables as per your choice.


In Pressure ccoker take 3tabsps.of oil.. add chopped finely onion ..saute for some time 

then add garlic n ginger paste about 1 tabsp..  saute..

Add Green chillies 2 , add Chopped Tomato.. saute it.. 

Then add Haldi ,Red chilli powder , dhane Jeera powder as per taste...I have added 

Maggie Masala Magic powder 1 small satchet..

Mixt it ..add Potato pieces, Cauliflower pieces , fry for some time.. then add Dodka pieces , 

Brinjal pieces, n Fresh Green peas in it..

Fry for 3 minutes..

Then add salt ..add very little water..close the cooker n give only 1 whistle.. 

Garnish with dhania leaves.. n serve it.. it tastes yumm with roti or phulka..




Dodka Fry ( Ridge Gourd Fry )...


Make big pieces of Dodka with its green skin..make only slit from top one side

Then deep fry it Till it becomes brown. And soft..

Its very simple but tastes yumm with rice.

Mix some salt n Chilli powder  n  sprinkle it from inside n outside of fried Dodka pieces..

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
