My Fish Thali Today.... Goan Prawns Curry , Prawns n Magge Saaru.... ( Recipe From Karnatak ), Black Pomfret Fish Fry... ( Halwa Fish Fry )...n.... Rice.
Goan Prawns Curry..
Recipe...
Wash n clean prawns. 1to 1n half cup... remove black thread from each prawn.. then apply some salt to it.. keep aside.
Grind together 1 cup fresh grated coconut, 1tabsp.of dhania seeds, 1/4 tsp. Jeera, 4 garlic cloves, 4..5 whole red chilli, 1/2 tsp Haldi, 1/2 small onion,..make fine paste..
Then in a kadhai take oil.. add 1/2 finely chopped onion, fry till soft..
then add ground masala.. 1tabsp.of imli juice, salt, green chillies, long cut ginger pieces.. boil it nicely
then add prawns in it.. boil till prawns get cooked..
garnish with dhania leaves n serve
Prawns n Magge Saaru.... ( Recipe From Karnatak )....
Recipe....
Wash n Clean Prawns..1cup .. Make pieces of Magge ( South Indian Yellow Cucumber ) ..1 cup.
Boil Magge pieces with some water n salt for 5 to 7 minutes.
On apan add 1/4 tsp of oil..Fry 6to 8 Red Kashmiri Chillies for few minutes.remove n keep it..
then in that pan add 1 tab sp.of Dhania seeds, 1/2 tsp of Jeera , 4 to 5 Methi seeds, pinch of Mustard seeds, n pinch of Ajwain, add 1 /2 of onion n 4 to 5 garlic ...
fry all this for few minutes.. dont fry it till brown..
Then grind all this with 1 cup of grated fresh coconut n smalll ball of tamarind (Imli ) n Haldi 1/4 tsp.
Then in a pot add oil .. add crushed 4 garlic n 1inch of ginger.
fry it then add finely chopped 1/2 of onion..fry for few minutes then add 1 tomato finely chopped.. fry it..
add Prawns n boiled Magge pieces..add green chillies 2 chopped mix it ..
Then add ground Masala..add some salt ..add some water n keep it covered.. n boiled till prawns get soft .. let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes..
Prawns n Magge Saaru is ready to serve...

Clean n Wash Black pomfret pieces..
apply salt,haldi,red chilli powder n some Malvani masala or any red available masala at home..
make paste of dhania leaves,green chillies,lots of garlic.apply this masala to the fish pieces..
roll it in fine rawa & rice powder mix..shallow fry in oil..fry fish is ready to serve
