Tuna Fish Biryani..

Recipe

Ingredients

Light Tuna in Water.. 1 tin..400gms.

Rice..1cup

1 medium onion..long cut

Small Capsicum..chopped small pieces

Garlic..3 chopped finely

Ginger.. 1/2 inch chopped fineliy

Medium Tomato...1 finely chopped

1 or 2 green chilli.

Dalchini ..small piece..

Lavang..cloves..4

Green Elaichi..4

Black Pepper ... 5to6

Jeera powder..1 tsp.

Dhania powder..1 tsp

Pinch of red chilli powder.

Salt as per taste

Maggi Chicken stock cube..1/2 

Dhania leaves..

Kesar mixed in milk or yellow colour

Oil..1 Tabsp..

Butter.. 2 tabsp.



Method..

Wash n keep the rice for 1 hour..

In water add elaichi,lavang, dalchini , black pepper n little oil.. after boiling add rice n 

cook for 70 % ..  do not cook fully.

Then strain n keep it.

Remove water from Tuna n keep it


In a pan take some  oil add  remaining  lavang, dalchini piece , black pepper n elaichi.. fry 
it n add chopped long pieces of onion.. add chopped ginger n chopped garlic..saute then 

add capsicum pieces..  fry  till onion gets slight brown.. then add chopped tomato.make it 

soft then add  jeera powder, dhania powder , little  of red chilli powder,haldi n chicken 

stock cube n slit green chilli.. fry for 2 minutes till get well mixed.. then add salt, then add 

tuna ..n mix it for half minute..add dhania leaves.. keep it aside..


In a pot spread some butter.. n then make layer with some rice on it.. then spread Tuna 

masala on it..add some dhania leaves then again make rice layer.sprinkle kesar mixed in 

milk.. n add some butter.. n cover it..n keep it on flame on tava with some water.. keep it 

on dum for 15 to 20 minutes.. Garnish with Dhania leaves.

Tuna Biryani is ready to serve..
