Nepali Momos Served with Thin Clear Soup or Shorba n Tomato Chutney or Dip....

  Chicken Momos.. Ingredients... Boneless Chicken Pieces... 1 big or 2 small. Onion..1 Ginger.. 1tab sp.Gingger paste for stuffing Green chillies..2or 3 Spring onion...as needed. Dhania leaves..as needed Soya sauce.. 1/2 tabsp. Momo Masala..1 tabsp. Ready made or home made. Or you canadd little of meat masala as per  taste. Or any chicken noodle masala. Salt.as per taste Outer Cover... Ingredients.. Maida ..1 cup Salt ..as per taste Water about 1 cup. Momo Masala..Home made.. 1tabsp Dhania, 1/4 tsp,methi seeds, 1/2 tabsp.Jeera, 1/4 tabs,black pepper, 1tsp,mutard seeds,  4Green Elaichi,5/6 whole red chillies, 5cloves,small piece of dalchini, 1/4tsp ginger powder,haldi. 2 Tbsps sesame seeds  til Roast til till slight brown separately.. roast all other whole masala ingredients for just 1minute,.n then add haldi n ginger powder in it.. make masala powder. you can preserve these  masala in a bottle For Momos... knead dough with cups of Maida (Plain Flour ) with salt,n water. keep it covered

Idli- White Dhokla with Green Chutney For Breakfast

 Idli -White Dhokla with Coconut Green Chutney For Breakfast..... Recipe....White Dhokla ....Instead of making regular Idlis.. I made White Dhokla with same batter Ingredients... I Soaked 1 Cup of Udid dal for 3 hours..  then ground it in a fine matter like idli batter  then added 1n 1/2 cup of Idli Rawa in it..  kept it for fermentation for 4 to 5 hours then added crushed some green chilli n ginger in it.. n added 1tsp Ino n little sugar.mix it properly.. spread  it in a greased thali..sprinkled chilli  powder n pepper powder  on it. steamed for 10 to 12 minutes. then added tadka with oil, rai, currypatta, green  chillies , til, n hing. . garnished with dhania leaves.n served it with  green chutney.  Thodasa Dish me twist laya!!! Green Chutney.. Grind 1tabsp Fresh grated Coconut, Green  Chillies, 2 Garlic cloves, Jeera, some roasted pea  nuts , Dhania leaves salt n sugar .then add some  lemon juice in it. Make Tadka with oil ,mustrad seeds, currypatta,  n add it in chutney. 

My Thali Today... Raw Banana (kachcha Kela) n kulith (Horse Gram ) Koddel ( Mangalore Curry ), Stuffed Karela ( Bitter Gourd ) Pickle , Karela Koshimbir , Green Mirchi Bhajiya ...n.... Rice.

  Raw Banana (kachcha Kela) n kulith (Horse Gram ) Koddel ( Mangalore Curry ), Recipe.. Soak Kulitb for 4to 5 hours. Add some salt n Cook in pressure cooker till  soft..  Remove skin n Cook raw banana pieces with  little salt In separate vessel . Grind red whole chillies ...fresh grated  coconut,..little imli (tamarind).n some cooked  Kulith...make a fine paste.. You can add some Tirphals if you like.. but its  optional.. if you dont like it ..you can make  without it. Mix all cooked Kulith n Banana pieces  together.. Add this ground masala ,add salt..give a nice   boil adding water as much as you like thin or thick gravy..  Make tadka of oil  (Coconut Oil tastes good but  its optional ) & lots of  crushed garlic..  Add it in curry.. Koddel  is ready to serve.  Stuffed Karela ( Bitter Gourd ) Pickle Recipe.. Easy and quick to make..it tastes yummy when served with dal and; rice....This is a Andhra Pickle. 1.Take small karelas or thin long tender karelas.if it is big make 2 pieces..

  Nogli or Kane (Lady Fish) Curry Recipe..... 1. Clean n wash Nogli Fish. Apply somme Salt .n  Haldi. Keep aside. 2. Grind Fresh Coconut ,Haldi, whole red chilli,  Dhania Seeds with Water.n make Fine paste. 3. in a pan take this ground masala..add salt,  kokum, green chilli long cut, Ginger pieces long thin pieces.1/onion finely  chopped. add water as much as you need..Boil  it  properly,,then add Fish in this curry n just give a  boil.. 4. Make Tadka with Coconut Oil n 1/2 finely  chopped Onion.Add it in Fish Curry., n serve. Bangda Fish Amshe Tikhshe...    Puffed Spicy Poori.. Recipe... Wheat Flour.. 1 to 1/2 cup Green Chillies... 4 to 5 as per taste Salt..1/2 tsp or as per taste Sugar.. Pinch.or little more. Jeera... 1tsp. Water as needed to knead Dough. Oil..In dough..1tabsp. and as needed to deep fry  Pooris. Method.. Mix together salt, pinch sugar ,  Add  nicely crushed green chillies n jeera, Add 1tab sp oil... Mix it nicely with Wheat Flour in a bowl. and knead dough with water as needed. keep dough aside for 5 to 10 minutes. then heat oil...deep fry rolled round Poories.. n serve with any sauce which you like.

My Thali Today.... Rajma Masala, Batata Saung..(Potato Red Spicy Curry ) , Carrot Koshimbir (Salad )....n....Rice.

  Rajma Masala.... Recipe... 1.. Soak  2 cups Rajma Over Night..  Morning Cook it with Adding Water In the Cooker for 2 Whistles.. 2.. Then In pressure Cooker take 3tabsps.of Oil Or Ghee add 2 cloves, 1Tejpatta, 1 Green  Elaichi, 4to 5 Black pepper, Fry for few Seconds.   Then Add 1 onion Paste 1tabsp.of Garlic n Ginger Paste, fry Till it becomes Slight Brown  and Then add 1 Finely Chopped Tomato... Fry till Tomato Becomes Soft..then Add Haldi ,  Red Chilli powder, Dhania Powder , Jeera powder  as per taste.. I have added some Chole  masala in  it....then add Salt, mix it.. then add Cooked Rajma in it.. Mix it Properly.. n  again cook it For 3 to 4 Whistles..Garnish with Dhania leaves n serve. .. ( Keep Gravy thick as You like). Batata Saung.. Recipe..  Boil the 4  potatoes in the cooker .. Remove skin.make pieces.  Chop 2 onions finely . Take 3 to 4 tabsps of coconut oil or any other oil in a pan. add chopped onions.fry till light brown . Add 1/2tsp.of haldi, 2 tabsps.of kashmiri red

My Thali... Whole Black Toor Beans Saar , Black Whole Toor Usal , Red Pumpkin (Lal Bhopla) Khatt.... Or Gojju or Chutney , Tomato -Onion Salad...n... Rice.

   Whole Black Toor Beans Saar  recipe... This Saar is made with water of cooked soaked Toor .I soaked it for overnight.  Cook these seeds n lots of water in the pressure cooker  for 6 to 8 whistles..  Take out all the water from  cooked Toor..this water is used for saar. grind 1tabsp.fresh grated coconut,1 whole red chilli, 3 tabsp.cooked Toor,  1/2tsp.dhania  seeds,2-3 chopped garlic,small piece of imli(chinch) with water.make fine paste..  add this in boiled seeds water..add salt,little gud,1-3 green chillies.2crushed garlics.then  boil it nicely for 5 minutes.make tadka of 1tabsp.ghee,5-6 crushed garlics,1whole red  chilli..add it in saar..garnish with dhania leaves..saar is ready to serve Black Whole  Toor Usal  recipe.. My Thali Today.... Dal n Shengdana (Groundnuts) Maharashtrian Amti , Sprouted Vaal Birde (Dalimbi Usal) , Tomato Goad Lonche or Hot n Sweet Tomato Chutney, Sabudana Papdi n Sun Dried Green Chilli Fry, .Phulka...n....Rice.

  Dal n Shengdana (Groundnuts) Maharashtrian Amti.....  Recipe Cook Tur dal in pressure cooker..Cook Groundnuts in separate vessel in same cooker same  cooker . make tadka of oil, rai,, jeera, hing, haldi, currypatta, some Goda masala, red chilli  powder,. then pour well cooked and mashed dal .with cooked Groundnuts.  add imli juice, again add some more Goda masala, green chillies, dhania leaves, add salt,  jaggery n 1tsp.fresh grated coconut while boiling.& boil it nicely till Amti aroma comes out. garnish with dhania leaves. amti is ready to serve. Sprouted Vaal Birde (Dalimbi Usal) ... Recipe Soak Vaal overnight & give them sprouts..then next day putnit in the water for some time.then  Remove skin or outer cover of each sprouted Vaal. make tadka of oil,add rai,jeera,chopped garlic,green chillies,hing,haldi,red chilli  powder(optional),goda masala(or pinch garam masala), then add sprouted val in it.add 2 kokums in it.stir for few minutes..... add water &cook it till Vaal

My Thali.... Mutton Kheema Masala , Garlic Tadka Dal , French Beans Koshimbir , Rice Bhakri ....n....Rice.

   Mutton Kheema Masala... Recipe.. Wash n clean Mutton Kheema...500 gms. Grind Green Masala with 1 cup Dhania leaves, Garlic 7to 8 small cloves. Grate 1 inch Ginger .n grate 7to8 small garlic cloves n keep aside. Then in pressure cook take 3 tabsps of oil.   add 2 finely chopped onions.. fry for few minutes till it becomes slightly brown..  Add grated Garlic n Ginger..stir it.. then add Mutton Kheema.. keep stirring then add  ground Green masala, stir it for few minutes.. Add 1tbsp.of Dahi n saute . Add Garam masala, or Sunday Masala or any mutton masala, 1 tabsp Dhania Powder,   1 /2 sp of Haldi, add 2 green chillies.n 1 finely chopped Tomato.keep stirring it.. then add salt as per taste. Cook it till kheema gets cooked for 2 to 3 whistles..  adjust the gravy.. You can keep it with some gravy or make it dry as per taste.. Garnish with Dhania leaves.. n serve with Roti or Rice. Garlic Tadka Dal... Recipe.. Pressure cook 1 Cup Toor Dal  till Dal cooks very soft.. then mash it or mix it

My Thali.... Tingalorya Bendi (white beans red curry) , Cabbage Zunka, Tomato Saar , Tomato n Onion Raita..n...Rice

  Tingalorya Bendi(white beans red curry). Recipe.. soak white beans for 4hours.. cook it in pressure cooker till soft.. grind red whole chillies,some cooked beans,1tabsp,little  imli(tamarind)..make a fine paste..then add tirfal seeds in it  ( this is optional.. you can  skip it. )& grind it 1 more time..  mix this masla with cooked beans,add salt..give a nice boil..  make tadka of oil & lots of garlic.. add it in curry.. Bendi is ready to serve. Cabbage Zunka.. 1.wash & chop finely Cabbage. 2.,in a pan make tadka of oil ,chopped garlic, rai, jeera, green chillies, haldi,hing..finally add red  chilli powder in it. Add chopped oinion..saute for few minutes 3.add chopped cabbage.saute for few minutes.. 4.add salt,some sugar,(optional)..saute for few minutes.. 5.then add besan mixed with water...& mix it..keep it on low flame.. stir it till besan gets well  cooked..& gets it dry.. 6..garnish with dhania leaves.. serve with hot rotis. My Thali.... Rohu , Katla or Bhetki Fish Curry in Mustard Paste...Bengali Style , Cabbage Bhaji , Karela with Onion Stir Fry.. (Bitter Gourd Stir Fry )., Fresh Bombil (Bombay Duck Fish ) Fry....n.....Rice.

  Cabbage Bhaji.... Recipe...  Chop Cabbage  in thin long pieces..you can grate it . Make Tadka in a pan with oil , add Rai ,Jeera ,Currypatta ,green chillies ,little of Udid dal  ( optional ) , Hing n haldi..  Then add Cabbage in it.. Mix it..  Add little of Dhane n Jeera powder ..add some Dhania leaves , add salt.. n cover it . Cook it for 4to 5 minutes on low flame.. garnish it with fresh grated coconut n dhania  leaves n serve. Karela with Onion Stir Fry.. (Bitter Gourd Stir Fry ).. Recipe.. Make thin Round pieces of Karela.. n Make thin long pieces of Onion. Add some Salt to chopped Karela..n keep for 15 minutes.. then squeeze it n wash it nicely  then again squeez it to removes its Bitterness. But this step is optional.. you can skip this  step n  use pieces just after chopping . Then in a pan take little more oil as it is stir fry.. Add Onion pieces n squeezed karela pieces in it.. stir it..then add some salt . Add chopped finely 3 to cloves of garlic.. n finely chopped 3 green

My Thali...Palak Mutton... Mutton Saagwala , Palak Patal Bhaji... Or Palak with Chana dal, Ground nuts Curry , Onion Salad, Light n Healthy Rice Flour Bhakris or Rotis.....we call it Alaan Roti.. n...Rice.

  Palak Mutton... Mutton Saagwala Recipe... Marinate Mutton pieces about 750gms..with haldi,salt ,dahi 2tabsps...n with Green masala with Dhania leaves  n Ginger Garlic.keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes. Blanch Palak leaves..n remove from water.n just grind it ones..you can pulse it or mash it with  hand mixer. Make thin long pieces of onions 3 ... Chop Tomato 1 or 2. In pressure cooker take 2to 3 tabsps of oil.. When heated add 2 lavang, 2 elaichi, 5to 6 black pepper. After frying add 1 tabsp of garlic paste, n 1tabsp.of Ginger paste ...you can use grated  garlic n ginger. Then add chopped onions ..fry for few minutes till it gets soft n slight brown in colour. Add chopped tomato fry it..  Then after frying for few minutes add malvani ,or garam masala or any home made red  masala you have.. add dhania powder 1 tabsp n jeera powder 1/2 tsp... saute every thing  together nicely...  Add 2 Green chillies, ..then add marinated mutton pieces in it. Fry nicely till oil  separates from masal

My Thali Today.... Mixed Vegetables Sambhar..or Kholombo , Beetroot Sasam , Karela Koshimbir , Mangalorian Prawns Curry ,..n...Rice

 Beetroot Sasam...  Recipe. Wash 2 beetroots properly..then make it half..add some water salt & 2green  chillies.pressure cook it for 3 whistles. then remove skin &make small pieces of beet..  grind 3-4 tabsp fresh grated coconut,cooked green chillies,1/4 tsp rai,with little of beet  boiled water. mix 1tabsp dahi in it..&mix it with beet pieces.. If you dont want dahi in it ..you can skip it.. n grind small piece of tamarind with coconut  masala. make tadka of ghee rai,currypatta,1 whole red chilli,hing & pour it in sasam. .sasam will be ready to serve.  Mixed  Vegetables Sambhar..or Kholombo Recipe.. Mixed Vegetables  For Sambhar....Drumsticks - Small Onions-French Beans- Brinjal,  Magge  Cook tur dal in pressure cooker till very soft.  make pieces of,tomato ,& make long pieces of drumsticks n Brinjal, French beans,small  onions ,Magge ...boil all the vegetables with some salt . My Thali Today... Cauliflower n Dal Ambat.. (Curry ).. Cauliflower n dal Amti, Jumping Potatoes... Red Spicy dry Sabji of Baby Potatoes, Cabbage Koshimbir (Salad ), Paneer Paratha....n...Rice..

   Cauliflower n Dal Ambat.. (Curry ).. Cauliflower n dal Amti. Recipe.. Boil big10 to 15 pieces of cauliflower pieces with some salt and water.  Cook1cup Toor Dal in pressure cooker till very soft. then mash it. add cauliflower pieces in it. fry 10-12 methi seeds in few drops of oil add 3-4 whole red bedgi chillies in it. grind together fresh 1 cup grated coconut,small piece of Imli , 1/4 tsp haldi,and fried methi & red chillies in to a fine paste.  add this ground masala in dal and cauliflower pieces mixture.add salt as per taste..boil it. then make tadka of oil and add 1finely chopped onion.fry till brown and  add in curry.Ambat is ready to serve..  Gholana..Green Methi leaves, Grated Mooli  Koshimbir or Salad. Recipe....  It is a sort of koshimbir... Its very easy to make  very tasty too..  Just add finely chopped 1 bunch of  Green  tender Methi leaves with 1 bunch of finely  chopped spring green onions,   add Grated white raddish (Mooli ) with salt,  crushed or finely chopped Green chillies ,  lots of dhania leaves, haldi,  Add home made methkoot (Or you can add  pinch Goda masala..) Red chilli powder, pinch of  sugar , roasted ground nut powder, lemon juice..  mix it properly..then add some olive oil n mix it..  Gholana is ready to serve. Paneer Bhurji.. Recipe... Today's Simple soulful Thali....Hot n Sweet Tomato Chutney..(Tomato Goad Lonche ) , Varan Bhaat , Home Made Methkoot n Garlic Spicy Chutney..

 Simple Goad  Dal Varan... Recipe.. Cook Toor dal nicely till it cooks soft n completely cooked in Pressure Cooker adding  haldi, hing, n ghee. Then Remove it.. add water as much as you need.. boil it for 10 minutes nicely adding  with salt n sugar as per taste... You have to add some sweetness as this tastes yumm  when we add gud or sugar in it.. then serve it with adding some lemon juice n ghee in it.. Then serve it with hot hot steamed rice. Tomato Goad Lonche or Hot n Sweet Tomato Chutney. Recipe... Ingredients:  1. Red ripe Tomatoes - 4 to 6 finely chopped 2. Green chilly - 2 medium spicy long slits. 3. Red chilly powder - 2 tsp. 4. turmeric - 1/4 tsp 5. Jaggery - 2-3 tbsp 6. salt as per taste. 7. oil for tadka - 2 tbsp 8.  Tarle (Saradines ) Fish n Prawns Tikhle Recipe... clean 10 to 12 tarle fish & 6 to8 Prawns ...add  salt,haldi and keep aside  roast10-12 red Bedgi chillies in few drops of oil  for 1 minute. grind 2tabsp grated coconut,red chillies,1/4tsp  haldi,2-3 garlic cloves, 1/4 sp of Dhania  seeds, 3to4 Black pepper , 3 to4 Tirphala ,small  ball of tamarind.make fine,smooth paste  with water. Boil ground masala, by adding some more water. add  Tarle  fish in it.. and boil it  for 3 to 5  minutes... sprinkle coconut oil on it or you can   Add Garlic Tadka in the curry... n cover it.curry  is ready to serve.. cover with lid. Maharashtrain Authentic Festive Thali.. Batata Sukki Bhaji, Khamang Kakdi., Palak Patal Bhaji, Home Made Shrikhand , Capsicum Bhajiya, Poori..n..Varan Bhaat (Dal Rice).

Palak Patal Bhaji.. Recipe... soak 2tabsp.groundnuts,&; 2tab.sp chanadal for  1-2 hours. & cook it in pressure cooker. chop palak finely,make tadka in pressure cooker  of oil,methi seeds,finely chopped green  chillies,hing..add palak in it..mix it well. add  cooked groundnuts,& chanadal.. .then add  2tabsp.besan mixed with little water,add  gud,salt, imli juice,& cook it till 1whistle.boil it  till thick..then made tadka with  rai,jeera,currypatta,hing,haldi,.1red whole  chilli,& little red chilli powder..mix it in curry...  curry is ready to serve.. Khamang Kakdi.. Recipe.. In a bowl take finely chopped kakdi..add roasted  ground nuts powder, salt n pinch sugar n little  of  lemon juice..add tadka with ghee ,jeera,  currypatta , n finely chopped grren chilli,n  hing..garnish  with fresh dhania leaves n serve. Batata Sukki Bhaji..  Recipe Boil potatoes..peel it n make pieces,.crush grated  ginger n finely chopped green chillies  together..add this  in potato pieces,

Khara Sheng or Roasted Peanuts .. Roasted In Salt just like Roasted in Bhatti ..which we get it in the market. Yumm!!!

  Khara Sheng or Roasted Peanuts... Ingredients...  Peanuts or Shengdana.. 2 cups. Salt... 1/4tsp. Or less as per taste. Water...4 cups. Table Salt.. 1 cup for roasting. Method.. Take 4 cups of water in the vessel.. heat it . add 1/4 tsp or less salt in it. After boiling it add  peanuts in it. Switch off the flame. Cover it. n keep it for 8 to10  minutes in it. Strain the water completely. Spread it on a towel  for 10 minutes. Make it slightly dry. Then take in a big open Kadhai or thick  bottomed pan .Keep it on flame..  add 1 cup table salt...heat it fully..  then add Peanuts in it. You can make 2 batches  for roasting Peanuts. Keep stirring n roasting continuously.. keep flame low to medium. While roasting you will see some salt sticked to  peanuts.  But as you keep stirring after some time  gradually..salt will get separated from peanuts. When you check one peanut taking it out ..  you can see with your finger that its skin can  come out easily. n peanuts r getting crunchy. The who

My simple Thali... Batata Kachrya... ( Potato Dry Subji) , Alsanda Upakari ( Black Eyed Beans Dry Sabji.) , Alsanda Beans Saar...n... Rice.

   Batata Kachrya... ( Potato Dry Subji)..  Quick ,Easy n Tasty Maharashtrian Side Dish... Recipe..  Peel 4 to 5 Potatoes .. then keep it water.. just before making sabji remove it..  Cut thin slices as you can see in my Thali pic.. In a open pan take 2 tabsps. Of  oil.. heat it then add 1/2 tsp Rai ( mustard seeds), 1/4 tsp  Jeera , 1 chopped Green chilli, Hing n Haldi as needed, then add sliced Potatoes.. saute it..  then add some Goda masala or any home made masala if you have this is optional.. if you  dont have then add pinch of red chilli powder..mix it ..add Salt as per taste.. add some  green dhania leaves.. mixit.. cover it n cook it till Potatoes gets soft ..then remove lid n fry  it till gets slightly crisp n brown.. this Potato Kachrya tadte yummm with Chapati or  Bhakri..Garnish with lots of Dhania leaves.. n serve..   Stuffed Shallow Fried Karela ( Bitter Gourds ).. Maharashtrian styled Bharli Karli. Ingredients.. 1.Small Karelas..8 to 10 2.Pea nuts..1/2 cup 3. Grated Dry Coconut..2tabsps. 4. White Til... 2tabsps. 5. Goda Masala ,or Any available Masala powder like Koli masala, or Kanda lasun masala, or Malvani masala. 6. Salt.as per taste. 7.Haldi..1tsp for applying Karela n 1/4 tsp for masala. 8.Dhania leaves..3 to 4 tabsps chopped. 9.. Garlic..3 cloves. 10. Red chilli powder. 11.oil..as needed  to shallow fry Karelas. 12. Jeera..1/4 tsp. 13.. Green Chillies..1 or 2  Method.. If you dont have small Karelas then take big 4  karelas n make half of it ..  Then wash it n wipe it..  Give a verical slit to karelas from up to down.  Remove inner part of seeds with spoon. Then in a plate take 1 tsp of salt n 1 tsp of haldi..  mix it nicely.. n rub this mixture inside of  Karelas with a finger or spoon. Keep it aside. Then in a steamer or pressure cooker keep this  plate with Karelas. Steam it for 10 min

My Thali... Bangda Fish Amshe Tikhshe , Kadgi (Raw Jack fruit ) n Black eyed Beans Koddel ( Mangalore Curry ) ,Bhendi Kurkuri , Katache Saar, Mooli Raita...n...Rice

  Bangda Fish Amshe Tikhshe... Recipe.. 1.Clean 1/2kg Bangda fish & make 2-3 pieces of each.add salt,haldi and keep aside  2.Roast 8to 10 red Bedgi chillies in few drops of oil for 1/2 minute. 3.Grind 2 tabsp grated coconut,6 to 8 whole red chillies,..I have used Kashmiri n Bedgi chillies mixed.1.4tsp haldi,2-3 garlic cloves,small ball of tamarind.make fine smooth paste with water. 4.Grind 5-6 tirfal with little water and strain it ..or just add tirfals in final round  of grinding masala,just grind it for 2 to 3 seconds. ( You can skip these Tirfals.without it also curry tastes yummy.) 5.Boil ground masala,tirfal water, by adding some more water. 6. Add Some 3 to 4 Kokum  in it while boiling.. 7.Add fish pieces and boil it till fish is cooked. 8.Sprinkle 1tabsp.coconut oil on the curry,cover with lid.curry is ready..serve with rice Kadgi (Raw Jack fruit ) n Black eyed Beans  Koddel ( Mangalore Curry ), Recipe.. My Thali Today... Drumsticks-Dal Amti... Shevgyachya shengachi Amti , Chavali leaves bhaji... (Green leaves) , Bhendi Sabji ,Stuffed StuffedKarela ( Bitter Gourd ) Pickle...n...Rice.

  Drumsticks-Dal Amti... Shevgyachya shengachi Amti Recipe Boil Toor dal in pressure cooker,  Make tadka with oil, jeera n Rai, Curry patta.. add oil drumsticks & tomato pieces..cook it till  soft.. Add Goda masala, red chilli powder .n boil it ..Then mix it with dal.. Make tadka of oil, rai, jeera, hing, haldi, currypatta, some goda masala, then pour it in dal mixture add imli juice, again add green chillies, dhania leaves, add salt, jaggery & boil it nicely till amti  aroma comes out.. garnish with dhania leaves. amti is ready to serve. Ingredients: 1.Chavali Bunch-2 2.Oil-1tabsp. 3.Garlic-5-6. 4.Whole red chillies-2-3. 5.Salt-as per taste. 6.Sugar-pinch or little more. My veg Lunch Thali...Sindhi vegetable kadhi, Mooli Raita, Garlic Tadka Buttermilk, Sweet Corn- Capsicum- Tomato Salad, Dried Mirchi n Onion Vadi,...&...Rice.

  SINDHI VEGETABLE KADHI.. RECIPE.. In a pan take 1-2 tsp oil and make tadka of  jeera,methi seeds .. add 3 tabsp.besan in it...fry till brown... then add some haldi,salt,& red chilli powder..fry  for 1 minute..then keep aside. In another pan fry 8-10 long pieces of bhendi &  keep it aside. In big kadhai or pan make tadka of jeera,methi  seeds,currypatta,green chillies. Add veggies (7-8 pieces of yam(suran),5-6 potato  pieces,8-10 drumsticks,handful gavar pieces,6-8  small brinjals with a slit,5-6 cauliflower big  pieces.fry nicely for 7-8 minutes.. Then add fried besan in to it..mix it. Add 4-5 glasses of hot water,cook l till veggies  are well cooked.. Then add Imli juice,little gud (optional..you can  skip it.),salt as per taste, mix it properly.. add more hot water if needed.give nice boil.. then finally add fried bhendis..and boil it again  for 2minutes without lid..garnish with dhania  leaves..and serve with rice or rotis.. Saanna Khotto... Masala Khotto With Cabbage.

 Saanna Khotto.. Recipe.. Ingredients.. Jackfruit leaves. Rice..1 cup.. or 1n 1/2 cup rice rawa.(I have used Rice rawa. Toordal...3/4th cup. Fresh Grated Coconut... 1 cup Whole red chillies... 6 to 8 or as per taste. Gud... 1tabsp.or as per taste. Salt.. as per taste. Cabbage... 2 cups grated. Hing...1 tsp. Onion... 1 chopped ..(optional) Imli... 1 small ball. Water..as needed. Haldi..1/4tsp. Soak  Rice n Toor dal,for 3 hours.. then grind it with  fresh grated coconut..3..4 red  whole chillies as required n imli n lots of hing  powder n haldi. If we r using Rice Rawa instead of rice then  wash it n soak it in the water for half an hour. no need of grinding Rice Rawa.n mix it in  ground mixture of Toor dal. Grate cabbage n mix itbin the batter. Add salt n  Gud..mix it nicely. Make Jackfruit pockets to fill the batter inside..
