 Gholana..Green Methi leaves, Grated Mooli 

Koshimbir or Salad.


Recipe....

 It is a sort of koshimbir... Its very easy to make 

very tasty too.. 

Just add finely chopped 1 bunch of  Green

 tender Methi leaves with 1 bunch of finely 

chopped spring green onions, 

 add Grated white raddish (Mooli ) with salt, 

crushed or finely chopped Green chillies , 

lots of dhania leaves, haldi, 

Add home made methkoot (Or you can add 

pinch Goda masala..) Red chilli powder, pinch of 

sugar , roasted ground nut powder, lemon juice.. 

mix it properly..then add some olive oil n mix it.. 

Gholana is ready to serve.



Paneer Bhurji..

Recipe...


Crumble fresh Paneer.. 250gms.

 Finely Chop 2 Medium Onions.

Finely Chop 2 to 3 Green Chillies.

Finely Chop 1 Small Tomato.

Finely Chop Dhania Leaves.I

In a Pan add 2 tabsps Of Oil or Ghee. Add 1/2 

tsp.of Jeera.. 

then Add Finely Chopped Onions, Green Chillies ,

Some Finely Chopped Dhania Leaves..

Stir Fry till Onions Become soft ..then Add Finely 

Chopped Tomato..

 Fry till Tomato Gets Mixed with onions.

 Then add little Haldi, Red chilli powder, dhania 

powder, n Malvani masala or any available 

home made red masala. in it.. Add  crumbled 

Paneer in it. Mix it nicely.

add Salt, Pepper Powder ..Mix It Nicely Till All 

gets nicely fried n mixed.

 Then Garnish With Dhania Leaves  n Serve.




Dalithoy... (Mangalore Traditional Dal )..

Today I made very thin Dali thoy..

Recipe..


Cook 1 cup Toor dal with water in pressure 

cooker till it cooks very well.

Then whisk the dal properly. Add some more 

water if needed..add 2 green chillies 

chopped..add some thinly long chopped ginger 

 currypatta ,and little of hing powder , salt. 

boil it nicely..

Then add Tadka with ghee n oil mixed with rai, 

red chilli , currypatta n hing n haldi powder.. 

Dalithoy is ready to  serve.



Padwal ..Snake Gourd Bhaji..

Recipe...

Srape Padwal slightly..scrape thin  upper white 

lines of it.. then chop Pawal in to small pieces.

Make Tadka with oil.. add rai, udid dal , 

currypatta, 1red chilli , 2 green chillies.

 Then add hing, haldi in it..

Then add Padwal pieces.. add salt, pinch sugar 

(optional)..mix it nicely.. add some water.. cover 

it n cook it..Add Grated fresh coconut n mix it 

nicely..

Bhaji is ready to serve.



Padwal seeds Fritters.. or crispies..


Recipe.

Take inside flesh with seeds from Padwal in a 

bowl..

Add salt, haldi, red chilli powder, hing in it.

Mix it nicely.. add some Besan n more of rice 

powder  in it.. mix n coat seeds properly..

Then deep fry it putting 1 or 2 seeds with 

coating  separately in the oil..

Fry it till it becomes crispy on low flame.

Padwal seeds Fritters r ready to serve.

Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)

My Thali...Grated Suran Andhra Bhaji.. Yam Sabji , French Beans Kismur , Vilayati Dal , (Simple Dal Varan with Kanda, lasun ) , Gongura Chutney.. Tangy n Spicy Andhra Chutney....n...Rice.

  French Beans Kismur Recipe.. Ingredients: 1.parasbi(french beans)- 250gms,finely chopped. 2.onion -2 small, finely chopped. 3.grated coconut - 3/4-1 wati 4.green chillies-2 long slits. 5.lemon juice -1 tsp or to taste 6.salt to taste 7.dhania leaves- finely chopped for garnishing 8.oil - to fry (appx 2-3 tb sp) Instructions: 1.heat oil in a fry pan add chopped parasbi, little  salt, green chilly and fry till its crispy and light  brown. 2.In a serving bowl, add onion,grated coconut,  little salt, fried parasbi, dhania leaves and  lemon juice and mix well. 3.garnish with dhania leaves and serve. Grated Suran Andhra Bhaji.. Yam Sabji Recipe.. Remove skin of Suran.. you can take Suran piece  as much as your need. Grate it thicker  not fine. ( Wheat Rava )... 1 cup Grated fresh Coconut...3/4 cup. Green Chilies... 3to 4 as per taste ..chopped finely. Grated Ginger... 1tsp.. or 1  inch Ginger piece. Salt..as per taste..
