My Thali.... Mutton Kheema Masala , Garlic Tadka Dal , French Beans Koshimbir , Rice Bhakri ....n....Rice.

 




 Mutton Kheema Masala...


Recipe..


Wash n clean Mutton Kheema...500 gms.

Grind Green Masala with 1 cup Dhania leaves, Garlic 7to 8 small cloves.

Grate 1 inch Ginger .n grate 7to8 small garlic cloves n keep aside.

Then in pressure cook take 3 tabsps of oil. 

 add 2 finely chopped onions.. fry for few minutes till it becomes slightly brown.. 

Add grated Garlic n Ginger..stir it.. then add Mutton Kheema.. keep stirring then add 

ground Green masala, stir it for few minutes.. Add 1tbsp.of Dahi n saute .

Add Garam masala, or Sunday Masala or any mutton masala, 1 tabsp Dhania Powder, 

 1 /2 sp of Haldi, add 2 green chillies.n 1 finely chopped Tomato.keep stirring it..

then add salt as per taste.

Cook it till kheema gets cooked for 2 to 3 whistles.. 

adjust the gravy.. You can keep it with some gravy or make it dry as per taste..

Garnish with Dhania leaves.. n serve with Roti or Rice.





Garlic Tadka Dal...

Recipe..

Pressure cook 1 Cup Toor Dal  till Dal cooks very soft.. then mash it or mix it till no  Dal grain remains. 

Add water as much you need.. keep for boiling..add salt in it.. add haldi in it.. mix it.. boil it properly.. keep the thickness of Dal as you like.

Make tadka with Ghee add cushed lots of Garlic n Whole Red Chilli pieces ..Fry till Garlic gets slight Brown..add tadka in Dal.. Lasun Tadka Dal is ready to serve





French Beans Koshimbir...


Recipe..

1.heat 2-3tabsp.oil in a fry pan add 250gms.chopped parasbi, little salt,2 long slit green 

chillies and fry till its crispy and light brown.

2.In a serving bowl, add 2 finely chopped onion,3/4 wati grated coconut, little salt, fried 

parasbi, finely chopped dhania leaves and1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix well.

3.garnish with dhania leaves and serve.

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
