Maharashtrain Authentic Festive Thali.. Batata Sukki Bhaji, Khamang Kakdi., Palak Patal Bhaji, Home Made Shrikhand , Capsicum Bhajiya, Poori..n..Varan Bhaat (Dal Rice).


Palak Patal Bhaji..

Recipe...


soak 2tabsp.groundnuts,&; 2tab.sp chanadal for 

1-2 hours. & cook it in pressure cooker.

chop palak finely,make tadka in pressure cooker 

of oil,methi seeds,finely chopped green 

chillies,hing..add palak in it..mix it well. add 

cooked groundnuts,& chanadal.. .then add 

2tabsp.besan mixed with little water,add 

gud,salt, imli juice,& cook it till 1whistle.boil it 

till thick..then made tadka with 

rai,jeera,currypatta,hing,haldi,.1red whole 

chilli,& little red chilli powder..mix it in curry... 

curry is ready to serve..


Khamang Kakdi..

Recipe..


In a bowl take finely chopped kakdi..add roasted 

ground nuts powder, salt n pinch sugar n little 

of  lemon juice..add tadka with ghee ,jeera, 

currypatta , n finely chopped grren chilli,n 

hing..garnish  with fresh dhania leaves n serve.


Batata Sukki Bhaji..

 Recipe


Boil potatoes..peel it n make pieces,.crush grated 

ginger n finely chopped green chillies 

together..add this  in potato pieces,add salt n 

pinch,of sugar in potatoes.mix it.n keep 

aside.,make tadka with little more of oil, add 

rai,jeera,curry patta, whole red chilli,hing n 

haldi..then,add potato mixture in it.,stir fry till 

all gets well mixed..then add fresh chopped 

dhania leaves n lemon juice..then garnish with 

some more of dhania leaves,.Batata Sukki Bhaji 

is ready to serve.



 Capsicum Bhajiya.....

Recipe..

Make long pieces of capsicum..remove seeds.. add salt hing n 1tabsp.of dahi in it..mix it 

nicely n keep aside.

Make batter of besan as much you need with 1 to 2 tabsps of Rice powder,hing,salt,chilli 

powder,dhania leaves,water.. 

Dip each capsicum piece  in the batter properly..  they shoud be coated 

properly with the batter..

Then Deep fry Bhajiyas till crispy

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
