Idli- White Dhokla with Green Chutney For Breakfast


 Idli -White Dhokla with Coconut Green Chutney For Breakfast.....



Recipe....White Dhokla ....Instead of making regular Idlis.. I made White Dhokla with same batter

Ingredients...


I Soaked 1 Cup of Udid dal for 3 hours.. 

then ground it in a fine matter like idli batter

 then added 1n 1/2 cup of Idli Rawa in it.. 

kept it for fermentation for 4 to 5 hours

then added crushed some green chilli n ginger in it..

n added 1tsp Ino n little sugar.mix it properly..

spread  it in a greased thali..sprinkled chilli 

powder n pepper powder  on it.

steamed for 10 to 12 minutes.

then added tadka with oil, rai, currypatta, green 

chillies , til, n hing. .

garnished with dhania leaves.n served it with

 green chutney.

Green Chutney..

Grind 1tabsp Fresh grated Coconut, Green 

Chillies, 2 Garlic cloves, Jeera, some roasted pea 

nuts , Dhania leaves salt n sugar .then add some 

lemon juice in it.

Make Tadka with oil ,mustrad seeds, currypatta, 

n add it in chutney.
