Sprouted Vaal Birde (Dalimbi Usal) ...
Recipe
Soak Vaal overnight & give them sprouts..
make tadka of oil,add rai,jeera,chopped garlic,green chillies,hing,haldi,red chilli powder(optional),goda masala(or pinch garam masala),
then add sprouted val in it.add 2 kokums in it.stir for few minutes.....
add water &cook it till Vaal gets soft. Then add 2tabsps of fresh grated Coconut.
then add salt as per taste,little sugar,or gud..again cook it properly.
Garnish with dhania leaves.
Vaal birde or usal is ready to serve.
If You want to make it quick then you can make directly in pressure cooker.. add salt n gud n everything together n just cook for 1 or 2 whistles.then garnish with dhaniia leaves.
Garlic Tadka Dal Thin Saar...
Recipe..
Pressure cook 1/2 Cup Toor Dal till Dal cooks very soft.. then mash it or mix it till no Dal grain remains.
Add water as much you need.. keep for boiling..add salt in it.. add haldi in it.. mix it.. boil it properly.. keep the thickness of Dal as you like. But This is a Saar so tastes good if you keep it thin like soup.
Make tadka with Ghee add cushed lots of Garlic n Whole Red Chilli pieces ..Fry till Garlic gets slight Brown..add tadka in Dal.. Lasun Tadka Dal Saar is ready to serve.
Mashroom Chilli ....
Recipe....
Clean n wash the 2 cups of Fresh Mashrooms.. Chop its round pieces..
In a pan take little more of 3 to 4 tabsps.oil.. add finely chopped 2 medium Onions ..
add 1tab sp of fresh grated Garlic.. add 1/2 tab sp.of Fresh Grated Ginger.. Saute for few minutes..
then add 1 Big Finely chopped Tomato..add 3 to 4 Green chillies chopped add some long choped Green Capsicum pieces.... then saute till all gets well mixed n Tomatoes get soft.
Then add 1/2tsp. Of Haldi , 1/2 to 1 tsp.of Red chilli powder as per taste, add 1tsp.of Dhania powder , salt as per taste.. ..saute till all mixture gets well Mixed..
Then add Chopped Mashroom rings in it.. n cover it n cook it for few minutes till all masala gets well mixed with Mashrooms... Garnish with Dhania leaves ..Mashroom Chilli is ready to serve.
