My Thali Today.... Prawns Lipte (CKP style in my way ) ,Beetroot Raita , Dal Varan , Nogli (Lady Fish ) n Prawns Fry... n....Rice.


 Prawns Lipte..CKP Style in My Way...
   
Recipe..

Clean the Prawns.... Remove the black threads from it....apply some Haldi, Red Chilli 

Powder n pinch of Hing..keep it aside..

Grind Green masala with lots of Dhania, Chopped Green Chillies, Grated Ginger  n Grated 

Garlic, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of Dry Dhania Seeds , n small ball of Imli (Tamarind). Apply this

 masala to the above Prawns..mix it nice ly n keepit aside.

In a Pan take oil.. add finely chopped Onion, fry till slightly pink..then add little of 

Chopped Tomato pieces..add little of  Red chilli powder n Haldi..saute till get well mixed .. 

then add above marinated Prawns.. Fry it nicely.. I have added some Finely chopped 

Green Spring onions in it (this is optional ).. n added some water to cook the prawns.. 

then adjust the salt as per taste.. made it slightly dry .Prawns Lipte is ready to serve..This 

Tastes yumm with Rotis, Bhakri, or Pav or even with rice..




Beetroot Raita.. 

Recipe..

Cook Beetroot big pieces with some  salt n little 

water. in the pressure cooker.then peel it.make 

small pieces..then add finely chopped 

onions.add  curd.add salt if you need.mix it 

nicely.then make tadka with ghee adding 

mustard seeds, currypatta, red whole chilli 

piece, choppped green chilli, n pinch of hing.add

 it in the Raita....



 Simple Dal Varan...

Recipe..


Cook Toor dal nicely till it cooks soft n completely cooked in Pressure Cooker adding haldi, hing, Jeera, 3 ..4 Methi seeds, n ghee.

Then Remove it.. add water as much as you need.. boil it for 10 minutes nicely adding 

with salt n sugar as per taste... You have to add some seetness as this tastes yumm when 

we add gud or sugar in it.. then serve it with adding some lemon juice n ghee in it..Then 

serve it with hot hot steamed rice.


Nogli ( Lady Fish ) n Prawns Fry...

Recipe...

 Clean Prawns n Lady Fish ...Apply haldi..salt..red chilli powder..& dhania leaves..green 

chilli &garlic paste(without 

water) to the Lady Fish n Prawns..Add some Malwani  Or Koli Masala or any home made red masala ...mix it nicely.. n keep it for 15 minutes ..

Then roll in to the mixture of rawa n rice powder then shallow fry it.

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
