green rind of watermelon. Watermelon white rind is completely edible, similar to the

Ingredients...
Rice...1 cup
Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup.
White Part of Watermelon Rind..
Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional )
Salt.. as per taste.
Water...as needed.
Oil..For Frying Dosa..
Method..
For this Neer Dosa...soak Rice for 4 to 5 hours.
we have to grind soaked rice with fresh grated coconut n white watermelon rind with salt
n pinch of sugar ( optional ) .keep the batter thin.. No Need of fermentation of batter..
you can make Dosas immediately after grinding.
and then dosa batter is spreaded on a Tava just like we make our simple neer dosa or
panpole.
Try it .very soft n yummy Neer Dosa.
Lasun Gojju (Garic n coconut Chutney )
Recipe..
Lasun gojju
1-grind grated coconut,Whole red chillies,tamarind(chinch),lasun,salt and water in a fine
paste.
2-serve with panpole.
