White Dhokla with Coconut Green Chutney For Breakfast.....
Recipe....White Dhokla ....Instead of making regular Idlis with same batter I made White Dhokla..
Ingredients...
I Soaked 1 Cup of Udid dal for 3 hours..
then ground it in a fine matter like idli batter
then added 1n 1/2 cup of Idli Rawa in it..
kept it for fermentation for 4 to 5 hours
then added 1 tabsp.dahi .then added some green
chilli n ginger paste in it..
n added 1tsp Ino n little sugar.mix it properly..
spread it in a greased thali..sprinkled chilli
powder n pepper powder on it.
steamed for 10 to 12 minutes.
then added tadka with oil, rai, currypatta, green
chillies , til, n hing. .
garnished with dhania leaves.n served it with
green chutney.
