Ingredients..
1. Melted Home Made Ghee..4 to 5 tabsps.for
frying Oats. And 3 to 4 tabsps.for frying Wheat Flour. And 2tabsps.for Jaggery
2. Oats.. 1n 1/4 Full Cup.
3. Wheat Flour..1/2 cup
4. Dry Fruits...3/4 cup..mixed with Badam, Pista
Walnuts, n Cashew ..All crushed together.
5. Gud or Jaggery.. 1n 3/4 th cup.
6. Elaichi Powder.. 1/2 tsp or as per taste.
Method..
1 . Take 4to 5 tabsp of melted home made ghee
in a pan add 1& 1/4 full cup of oats ..shallow fry
till light brown.,remove n keep aside.
2. Then take 3 to 4 tabsps of melted ghee &
add 1/2 cup of wheat flour .fry till light
brown,..then keep aside.
keep ready 3/4 th cup of crushed dry fruits.like
badam..pista.,walnuts n cashew together.
then take 2tabsp of ghee in a pan add 1&3/4 cups
of jaggery pieces ..heat it till all jaggery melts
nicely on slow flame.
then switch off the gas ..&
add oats..wheatflour..crushed dryfruits n some
elaichi powder ,mix it nicely..
spread it in a greased plate ..
make thin layer...then 1ce it cools down slightly
make pieces .
this cutting you have to do before ot gets hard..
Separate it n store it in a box.
