Sprouted Alsandya (Black Eyed Beans) Ambat... (Amti with coconut ground masala )
TOMATO RASAM.
.RECIPE..
Chop 2-3 tomatoes. grind it in mixie without water...
In a vessel take 3-4 glass water,add tomatoes,2tbsp cooked n mashed dal or you can use
any left over dal..
add green chillies,crushed garlic,rasam powder.(or little sambhar powder or crushed
dhania jeera n black pepper powder ) ,
Add currypatta,dhania leaves,little hing,salt,sugar(optional),imli juice,&boil for 10
minutes on low flame.if needed add more water..boil till nicce Rasam aroma
comes..switch off gas..
Add tadka of ghee,rai,whole red chilli,hing,curry patta...i add pinch of rasam powder in
tadka..Tomato Rasam will be ready..
Tomato Goad Lonche or Hot n Sweet Tomato Chutney
Ingredients:
1. Red ripe Tomatoes - 4 to 6 finely chopped
2. Green chilly - 2 medium spicy long slits.
3. Red chilly powder - 2 tsp.
4. turmeric - 1/4 tsp
5. Jaggery - 2-3 tbsp
6. salt as per taste.
7. oil for tadka - 2 tbsp
8. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
9. hing - 1/2 tsp
10.methi seeds(fenugreek) - 1/4 tsp
Instructions:
1. In a fry pan make tadka of oil, mustard seeds, methi seeds, hing, turmeric, red chilly powder.
2. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and green chillies.
3. Add salt and jaggerry and stir well.
4. cover with lid and cook on medium flame for appx 15 mins.
5. tomato chutney is ready to serve.
Red Pumpkin Phodi.. Recipe..... Lal Bhopla Phodi
Make thin slices of it with skin or without skin..
then apply salt,hing,haldi,&red chilli powder to it..mix properly.
then add some rice powder & fine rava in it.cover all pieces properly.
then deep fry or Shallow fry it till crispy on low flame..serve hot
( I have shallow fried it..)
