 Kulith Pithi che Pthle..

Recipe..

Ingredients...


1. Kulith Pithi .. 3 to 4 tabsps...We can buy this pithi from masala shops .

2. Garlic ... 6to 8 small.

3. Green Mirchi...2to 3

4. Onions..chopped 1 or 2

5. Tomato..1 small chopped.

6. Oil..2to 3 tabsps.

7. Water... As needed ...about more than 4 cups.

8. Salt.. as per taste.

9. Malvani Masala..1/2 to 1 tsp. You can use any home made masala at home.

10. Haldi.

11. Fresh Grated coconut..1tabsp.

Method..

Heat one pan or kadhai on flame..

Add oil in it..heat it..

Add crushed Garlic .fry till slight brown. Then add Green chillies in it.

Add chopped onions in it.. stir it..then add chopped Tomatoes..

Fry it nicely till Tomato n onions get soft.

Then add Malvani masala, Haldi, fry it.

Add Kulith Pithi in it.. Fry for 3to 4 minutes.

Then add salt in it..Add water..

Add Fresh Grated Coconut in it.

Mix till Pithi Getts mixed n no lumps r in it..

Cook it nicely till it gets cooked just like other Besan Pithle.

Garnish with Dhania leaves n serve..

It taste good served with rice or Bhakri.

Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)

  French Beans Kismur Recipe.. Ingredients: 1.parasbi(french beans)- 250gms,finely chopped. 2.onion -2 small, finely chopped. 3.grated coconut - 3/4-1 wati 4.green chillies-2 long slits. 5.lemon juice -1 tsp or to taste 6.salt to taste 7.dhania leaves- finely chopped for garnishing 8.oil - to fry (appx 2-3 tb sp) Instructions: 1.heat oil in a fry pan add chopped parasbi, little  salt, green chilly and fry till its crispy and light  brown. 2.In a serving bowl, add onion,grated coconut,  little salt, fried parasbi, dhania leaves and  lemon juice and mix well. 3.garnish with dhania leaves and serve. ( Wheat Rava )... 1 cup Grated fresh Coconut...3/4 cup. Green Chilies... 3to 4 as per taste ..chopped finely. Grated Ginger... 1tsp.. or 1  inch Ginger piece. Salt..as per taste.. Sugar ..1 tsp.or Gud... Small piece as per taste. Oil.. to fry Thalipeeth or Doddak. Water..to mix dough. Method...
