Recipe...
Palak Tambli...Recipe:
soak white beans for 4hours.. cook it in pressure cooker till soft..
Beetroot Raita..
Recipe..
Cook Beetroot big pieces with some salt n little
water. in the pressure cooker.then peel it.make
small pieces..then add finely chopped
onions.add curd.add salt if you need.mix it
nicely.then make tadka with ghee adding
mustard seeds, currypatta, red whole chilli
piece, choppped green chilli, n pinch of hing.add
it in the Raita.
Kantoli or Phagil Chutney.....
Recipe..
chop Kantolis in small pieces..
take a pan..add 2-3tsp oil add 1tsp Udid dal,3-4 green chillies n 1 or 2 Red whole
chillies.add 6 8 Garlic petals..fry till Udid dal gets light brown colour ,
add Kantoli pieces...fry for 4-5 minutes.
add 2-3tbsp fresh grated coconut....fry for few more minutes..
then add some salt.. and some gud. (This is optional )and grind with some imli.
Add some water while grinding chutney.
chutney ready to serve..
