Wheat Flour n Gud Unde or Ladoo..

Ingredients..
1..Wheat Flour.. 1 cup.
2.Gud.. 3/4th cup to 1 cup as per taste..
3. Ghee..3 to 4 tabsps.
4. Elaichi powder 1/4 tsp.
5. Roasted n crushed Ground nuts.
6.water ..4 tabsps.
Method..
1. In a pan add Ghee n add Wheat flour in it.. Fry on a low flame till nice aroma n slightly
brown.Add roasted ground nut powder ..then keep it aside.
2. Then in a pan take Gud.. add 4 tabsps.of water.mix it n stir it on low flame for few
minutes..
3.Add 1 tsp.of Ghee in it.. make nice syrup..do not keep for more time or ladus will be
hard.
4.Add Elaichi powder.then add Wheat flour in it.. mix it properly..then switch off the gas.
5..Apply few drops of ghee on palms.. n make ladoos with above Ladoo mixture when it
is warm.
Keep it in a plate..
