My Thali Today... Tirphalachi Tambli ( Coconut with Tirphal or Teppal Thand Kadhi ), Cauliflower Talasani , Matar Paneer , Kantoli n Parwal Phodi ...n.... Rice.


 


Tirphal Tambli Recipe...

Recipe..

Fry 4-5 fresh tirphal, 2 green chillies pieces, in 1/2 tsp ghee & add at least 2 pinches hing powder.then 

keep it down from flame.,then grind this above fried things with 1 cup grated coconut & some 

water.make a fine paste.add salt &1 kokum &again grind it only for 5 seconds.you can add water if it 

is very thick..this tambli tastes very yummy with fish fry n rice.



Zatpat Matar Paneer..

Recipe...

Grind 2 medium Onions, 5..6 Garlic cloves , 1 inch Ginger piece..

Then in Pressure cooker take 2 tabsps of oil ..add 3..4 Black Pepper, 2 Lavang , 2 Small 

Green Elaichi..  pinch of Shaha Jeera.

Then add ground onion paste.. fry it till its rawness will be gone.. then add finely chopped

 1 Tomato... Fry it till Tomato gets soft n well mixed..

Then add 1 Tsp.of Dhania powder, less than 1/4 tsp.Jeera powder, 1/2 tsp.Haldi  n 1/2  

Tsp.red chilli powder.. keep stirring till oil separates from masala.. then add 1 tabsp.of 

Dahi..mix it properly.

Then add salt , n add 1 cup of Fresh Green Peas .. n add  shallow fried or plain Paneer 

pieces....mix it.. add little of water.. n pressure cook it for only 1 whistle.

Then garnish with Dhania leaves n serve...



Cauliflower Talasani...

Recipe...

Chop cauliflower in to lond pieces....

Make tadka of oil, lots of crushed garlic,add Whole red Chilli ,pinch of Udid dal ,after it becomes slightly brown  it till red chilli powder ,haldi,

Immediately add cauliflower pieces in it..add salt and pinch sugar if u like..keep lid and cook it.it shud be properly dry ...talasani is ready to serve..




Kantoli or Spine Gourd or Phagil Phodi..

Recipe..

Make medium thin pieces of Kantoli as shown in my thali pic..

Add Salt, Haldi n Red Chilli powder n Hing in it..

 Mix it well.

Add Rice powder n some Besan in it  till all pieces get well covered..

Then shallow fry these Phodis till it become crispy...

Methi Batata Bhaji..Recipe. In a pan heat oil .add some  rai,3 crushed garlic fry little,add hing,haldi,red chilli powder. add green chillies,then add 1finely chopped big  onions,fry for few seconds   add potato pieces.add sugar,salt and cover the pan , cook till potatoes get cooked.add methi leaves.cook for few minutes.use little water if you need . Cook for 2to 3 minutes.. Methi potato bhaji is ready to serve. Gajarachi Koshimbir. ( Carrot Salad )...recipe..  Peel 2 Carrots.. Then Grate it. In A Bowl take Grated Carrot..add Finely chopped little of Onion ( optional..you can skip it.. ),  Add 1to 2 tabsps of Grated Fresh Coconut ,Salt, Lemon Juice.  Mix it properly..Then add Tadka with Ghee , Rai, Curry Patta, Green chilli, small whole  red Chilli , Hing.. Mix it.. Garnish With Dhania Leaves n serve it. Takachi Kadhi.. (Butter Milk Kadhi ).... recipe... Mix 2 tabsps of Besan in 2 to 3 cups of Buttermilk.. Make tadka with Ghee ,some Rai, Jeera, me...

Rava-Kakdi Or Taushe Doddak Or Thalipeeth Or Bhakri... ( Cucumber Doddak ).. I have used our plain regular Green Cucumber

 Rava-Kakdi Or Taushe Doddak Or Thalipeeth Or Bhakri... ( Cucumber Doddak ).. I have used our plain regular Green Cucumber. Ingredients... Grated Cucumber (Kakdi).. 1cup..to 1/2 cup. Rava or Suji... ( Wheat Rava )... 1 cup Grated fresh Coconut...3/4 cup. Green Chilies... 3to 4 as per taste ..chopped finely. Grated Ginger... 1tsp.. or 1  inch Ginger piece. Salt..as per taste.. Sugar ..1 tsp.or Gud... Small piece as per taste. Oil.. to fry Thalipeeth or Doddak. Water..to mix dough. Method... Mix together Rava.. gratedCucumber..  grated fresh Coconut,  Finely Chopped Green  chillies, Grated Ginger, Salt, Sugar or Jaggery (Optional ), n Water as needed.. make a soft dough.. My Simple Fish Thali After a Long Time.. Bangada Tikhle , Bangda ( Mackerel ) n Bombil (Bombay Duck ) Fry , onion ..n...Rice.

 Bangda (Mackerel )Fish Tikhle Recipe... clean 4 Bangda fish & make 2 or 3 pieces ...add salt,haldi and keep aside  roast10-12 red Bedgi chillies in few drops of oil for 1 minute. grind 2tabsp grated coconut,red chillies,1.4tsp haldi,2-3 garlic cloves, 1/4 sp of Dhania  seeds, 3..4 Black pepper , 3 to4 Tirphala ,small ball of tamarind.make fine,smooth paste  with water. Boil ground masala, by adding some more water. add  Bangda pieces in it.. and boil it  for  5 minutes... sprinkle coconut oil on it..n cover it.curry is ready to serve.. cover with lid. Tikhle is ready..serve with Rice. Bangda n Bombil Fry.. Recipe.. Clean n wash fish pieces n make 2 pieces of Bangda n Bombil..slit Bombil to make it flat. Or open.
