My Thali Today... Tirphalachi Tambli ( Coconut with Tirphal or Teppal Thand Kadhi ), Squids Chilli , Matar Paneer , Kantoli n Parwal Phodi ...n.... Rice.


 

Squids Chilli.... Recipe....

  Clean n wash the 2 cups of Squids Rings.. Add some3 to 4 pinch of salt n 1/2 tsp.of Haldi 

in it.. Add some 1/2 cup of water n keep in in the pressure cooker. Cook it for 2 whistles.

In a pan take little more of  3 to 4 tabsps.oil.. add finely chopped 2 medium Onions .. add 

1tab sp of fresh grated Garlic.. add 1/2 tab sp.of Fresh Grated Ginger.. Saute for few 

minutes.. then add 1 Big Finely chopped Tomato..add 3 to 4 Green chillies chopped.. you 

can add more if you want spicy.. then saute  till all gets wellmixed n Tomatoes get soft.

Then add 1/2tsp. Of Haldi , 1/2 to 1 tsp.of Red chilli powder as per taste, add 1tsp.of 

Dhania powder , salt as per taste.. ..saute till all mixture gets well Mixed.. 

Then add Cooked Squids Rings in it.. n cover it n cook it for few minutes till all masala 

gets well mixed with Squids.. Garnish with Dhania leaves .. Squids Chilli is ready to 

serve.




Tirphal Tambli Recipe...


Recipe..

Fry 4-5 fresh tirphal, 2 green chillies pieces, in 1/2 tsp ghee & add at least 2 pinches hing powder.then 

keep it down from flame.,then grind this above fried things with 1 cup grated coconut & some 

water.make a fine paste.add salt &1 kokum &again grind it only for 5 seconds.you can add water if it 

is very thick..this tambli tastes very yummy with fish fry n rice.



Zatpat Matar Paneer..

Recipe...

Grind 2 medium Onions, 5..6 Garlic cloves , 1 inch Ginger piece..

Then in Pressure cooker take 2 tabsps of oil ..add 3..4 Black Pepper, 2 Lavang , 2 Small 

Green Elaichi..  pinch of Shaha Jeera.

Then add ground onion paste.. fry it till its rawness will be gone.. then add finely chopped

 1 Tomato... Fry it till Tomato gets soft n well mixed..

Then add 1 Tsp.of Dhania powder, less than 1/4 tsp.Jeera powder, 1/2 tsp.Haldi  n 1/2  

Tsp.red chilli powder.. keep stirring till oil separates from masala.. then add 1 tabsp.of 

Dahi..mix it properly.

Then add salt , n add 1 cup of Fresh Green Peas .. n add  shallow fried or plain Paneer 

pieces....mix it.. add little of water.. n pressure cook it for only 1 whistle.

Sprinkle some Garam masala..

Then garnish with Dhania leaves n serve...



Cauliflower Talasani...

Recipe...

Chop cauliflower in to lond pieces....

Make tadka of oil, lots of crushed garlic,add Whole red Chilli ,pinch of Udid dal ,after it 

becomes slightly brown  it till red chilli powder ,haldi,

Immediately add cauliflower pieces in it..add salt and pinch sugar if u like..keep lid and 

cook it.it shud be properly dry ...talasani is ready to serve..




Kantoli or Spine Gourd or Phagil Phodi..

Recipe..

Make medium thin pieces of Kantoli as shown in my thali pic..

Add Salt, Haldi n Red Chilli powder n Hing in it..

 Mix it well.

Add Rice powder n some Besan in it  till all pieces get well covered..

Then shallow fry these Phodis till it become crispy...

Tastes good when you serve it with thin Sev..

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
