Chicken Puffs..... Puff Pastries filled with Chicken Kheema Served With Thai Sauce ..


 Chicken Puffs... 

Recipe...

Wash n clean the Chicken Kheema..We can make fresh Chicken kheema at home..by 

chopping boneless Chicken breasts in a chopper or grinder..

In  pan take some oil..addd finely chopped 1 onion.add ginger garlic paste n fry till onion 

becomes soft..

Then add chicken kheema in it.. fry for 5 to 6 minutes..

Then add 1tabsp.of Tomato sauce, some greens of spring onions..add 1tabsp of finely 

chopped green capsicum.fry all the mixture for few minutes.

Add 1/2tsp of Dhania Jeera powder, green chilli chopped finely, black pepper powder

Mix it.. add salt as needed.. add 1/2 tsp.of soya sauce.

Mix it.. garnish with dhania leaves..n keepit aside..

Then fill it in puff pastries.. seal the edges.. 

Then brush egg white on the top of puffs.

Then grill it in the oven till it gets nicely puffed n crisp.. I have used Air Fryer to grill it.no

 oil is used..

Serve it withTomato ketchup or Thai sauce or any sauce which you like..

Methi Batata Bhaji..Recipe. In A Bowl take Grated Carrot..add Finely chopped little of Onion ( optional..you can skip it.. ),  Add 1to 2 tabsps of Grated Fresh Coconut ,Salt, Lemon Juice.  Mix it properly..Then add Tadka with Ghee , Rai, Curry Patta, Green chilli, small whole  red Chilli , Hing.. Mix it.. Garnish With Dhania Leaves n serve it. Takachi Kadhi.. (Butter Milk Kadhi ).... recipe... Mix 2 tabsps of Besan in 2 to 3 cups of Buttermilk.. Make tadka with Ghee ,some Rai, Jeera, me...

 Rava-Kakdi Or Taushe Doddak Or Thalipeeth Or Bhakri... ( Cucumber Doddak ).. I have used our plain regular Green Cucumber. Ingredients... Grated Cucumber (Kakdi).. 1cup..to 1/2 cup. Rava or Suji... ( Wheat Rava )... 1 cup Grated fresh Coconut...3/4 cup. Green Chilies... 3to 4 as per taste ..chopped finely. Grated Ginger... 1tsp.. or 1  inch Ginger piece. Salt..as per taste.. My Simple Fish Thali After a Long Time.. Bangada Tikhle , Bangda ( Mackerel ) n Bombil (Bombay Duck ) Fry , onion ..n...Rice.

 Bangda (Mackerel )Fish Tikhle Recipe... clean 4 Bangda fish & make 2 or 3 pieces ...add salt,haldi and keep aside  roast10-12 red Bedgi chillies in few drops of oil for 1 minute. grind 2tabsp grated coconut,red chillies,1.4tsp haldi,2-3 garlic cloves, 1/4 sp of Dhania  seeds, 3..4 Black pepper , 3 to4 Tirphala ,small ball of tamarind.make fine,smooth paste  with water. Boil ground masala, by adding some more water. add  Bangda pieces in it.. and boil it  for  5 minutes... sprinkle coconut oil on it..n cover it.curry is ready to serve.. cover with lid.
