My only Fish Thali Today....Haldi Paanatla Masala Bangda ( Masala Mackerel in Turmeric Fresh Leaves.)., Pomfret Fish Curry, Bangda Fish Amshe Tikhshe (Tikhle ), Fish Rawa Fry ....n....Rice.


 





Haldi Paanatla Masala Bangda ( Masala Mackerel in Turmeric Fresh Leaves.)..

Recipe...

Wash n Clean Bangda Fish.. Make slits as shown in the pic. Apply Salt n Haldi to Bangda.

Grind 15 to 20  Mixed Bedgi n Kashmiri Whole Red Chillies , 5 to 6 Garlic Cloves , small 

ball of Tamarind ( Imli ) & some salt, Haldi. With some Water.

Then app!y this ground masala to Bangda properly..

Then keep 2 to 4 Haldi Leaves in a open Pan. 

Spread  Bangdas nicely on the leaves.. pour 2 to 3 tabsps of Coconut oil on it evenly..

Then close this fish nicely with some Haldi leaves again.. cover it with these leaves..

Then nicely grill it in the  pan on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes..

You can even grilll it on coal or in the oven.

Haldi paanatla Bangda is ready to serve





Pomfret Fish Curry

Recipe.....
1. Clean n wash Pomfret Fish.  Make Pieces..Apply some Salt .n Haldi. Keep aside.

2. Grind Fresh Coconut ,Haldi, whole red chilli, Dhania Seeds, small piece of Onion.with Water.n make Fine paste,

3. in a pan take this ground masala..add salt, kokum, green chilli long cut, Ginger piece long thin pieces.1/ onion finely  chopped.add water as much as you need..

Boil  it properly,,then add Fish in this curry n just give a boil..

4. Make Tadka with Coconut Oil n 1/2 finely chopped Onion.Add it in Fish Curry.,Garnish with Dhania leaves.n serve .




Bangda Fish Amshe Tikhshe...

Recipe..

1.Clean 1/2kg Bangda fish & make 2-3 pieces of each.add salt,haldi and keep aside 

2.Roast 8to 10 red Bedgi chillies in few drops of oil for 1/2 minute.

3.Grind 4to 5 tabsp grated coconut,red chillies,1.4tsp haldi,2-3 garlic cloves,small ball of tamarind.make fine smooth paste with water.

4.Grind 5-6 tirfal with little water and strain it ..or just add tirfals in final round  of grinding masala,just grind it for 2 to 3 seconds. ( You can skip these Tirfals.without it also curry tastes yummy.)

5.Boil ground masala,tirfal water, by adding some more water.

6. Add Some 3 to 4 Kokum  in it while boiling..

7.Add fish pieces and boil it till fish is cooked.

8.Sprinkle 1tabsp.coconut oil on the curry,cover with lid.curry is ready..serve with rice.




Fish Rawa Fry 

recipe..


Clean Pomfret ,Bangda ,Tarle or any Fish pieces..apply salt,haldi,red chilli powder.n some 

fish fry ready made masala 

add some lemon juice. &mix it.

make rough paste of dhania leaves,green chillies,lots of garlic.do not use water.


apply this masala to the fish pieces.. 

roll it in fine rawa & rice powder mix..shallow fry in oil..

fry fish is ready to serve

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
