TOMATO RASAM..RECIPE..
Chop 2-3 tomatoes. grind it in mixie without water...
In a vessel take 3-4 glass water,add tomatoes,2tbsp cooked n mashed dal or you can use any left over dal..
add green chillies,crushed garlic,rasam powder.(or little sambhar powder or crushed dhania jeera n black pepper powder ) ,
Add currypatta,dhania leaves,little hing,salt,sugar(optional),imli juice,&boil for 10 minutes on low flame.if needed add more water..boil till nicce Rasam aroma comes..switch off gas..
Add tadka of ghee,rai,whole red chilli,hing,curry patta...i add pinch of rasam powder in tadka..tomato rasam will be ready..

CauliFlower Talasani.. Recipe...
Chop cauliflower in to lond pieces....
Make tadka of oil, lots of crushed garlic,add Whole red Chilli ,pinch of Udid dal ,after it becomes slightly brown it till red chilli powder ,haldi,
Immediately add cauliflower pieces in it..add salt and pinch sugar if u like..keep lid and cook it.it shud be properly dry ...talasani is ready to serve..
Thick Slightly Spiced Green Chillies Bhajiya.....Recipe..
Make slit to the Green Chillies..
Apply salt,hing,as per taste.. 2tab.sp.dahi..mix it...keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
Make batter of besan with 2 tabsps of Rice powder,hing,salt,chilli powder,dhania leaves,water..
Dip each Chilli in the batter properly.. chillies shoud be covered properly with the batter..
Deep fry bhajiyas till crispy....
White Dudhi (Lauki or White Bottle Gourd ) Gojju or Khatta (Mangalore dish in my way )...Recipe..
Make Big Pieces of Peeled Dudhi 2cups.. add 2 Green chillies in it.. salt n pinch of Gud (you can skip it if you dont like )..add very little water n cook on flame for 4to 5 munutes.
Then Grind boiled Dudhi pieces , fresh grated Coconut 2tabsps.,small piece of imli,
Then add Tadka with Ghee rai , whole red chilli, currypatta.. add it in Gojju.. you can serve it just like a chutney..
