My Thali Today.. Vegetable Pulao , Tomato Saar , Kakdi..Tomato..Onion Raita... n....Papad Fry.

Vegetable Pulao..

Recipe..

Wash rice 1cup n keep for half an hour.. 

wash Cauliflower, make big 8to10 pieces... 

make long piecs of French Beans about 5to 6.. 

keep ready Fresh or frozen Green peas 1/4 th cup ready.. 

you can add any other vegetables which you like..

In  a cooker take some oil n ghee. Add whole garam masala like lavang..dalchini..black pepper, eaichi, shahi jeeera, tej patta, dalchini.

then add thin long cut 1 onion..fry for some time.. 

add paste of green chillies, ginger n garlic n some dhania leaves... fry till onions become slight brown..then add. add all vegetables.. fry it..

then add rice.. fry for few minutes... stir it.. n add hot water1n 1/2 cup.. n salt.. .close the cooker.. n take 1 whistle.. Pulao is ready  to serve.. with Raita.



Kakdi.. Tomato.. Onion Raita...

Recipe..

Grate 1 kakdi , chop finely 1 Tomato .,chop 1 Onion finely

Mix everything together.

add 1 cup curd.add salt as per taste.mix it 

nicely.

then make tadka with ghee adding 

mustard seeds, currypatta, red whole chilli 

piece, choppped green chilli, n pinch of hing.add

 it in the Raita..

garnish with dhania leaves.


Tomato Saar..

Recipe..

Make big pieces of 3 to 4 big Tomatoes.. add 2 crushed garlics, some water n boil it.. cook Tomatoes till soft.. 

Dry roast 8 peppercorns with 1 tabsp of jeera.  n powder it..

Add this powder in the saar.. add 1 green chilli in it.. add salt, sugar as per taste..add water as much as you need.. boil it nicely.

Then make tadka with ghee ..add crushed garlic 4to 5.. n add it in the ready Saar.. Garnish with dhania leaves n serve

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
