Halwa ( Black Pomfret ) Bhujane...
Clean and wash 5..6..Halwa Fish Pieces and apply Salt on it and Keep aside.
In a kadai take big 1 Onion chopped finely add ,3 to 4 tbsps of Oil, 4 tsp Garlic Paste, 1
tsp. Garam Masala or any Red Home made masala if you have .
1 tsp Red Chill Powder, 1/2 tsp
Haldi, Salt 1 tsp or as per taste , Fresh Corriander finely chopped 1\2 cup.Finely chopped
2 Green Chillies, 1 Finely chopped Tomato (optional ) ...Mix all this together with your
fingers by squeezing or crushing it gently atleast for 5 minutes till all gets well mixed
Keep it on flame for 5 minutes. Add 2 glasses of water, 1 tsp Imli paste or kokum and
keep the lid n boil it for 5 minutes. Add fish Pieces in it. put the lid on. Let fish get cooked
but do not over cook this fish. Garnish with Fresh Chopped Coriander and Fish Bhujne is
ready to serve..
Bangda (Mackeral ) Tikhle..
Clean n wash Bangda fish.. keep it full if they r small or make 2 pieces if they r big.
Apply some salt n keep aside.
Grind 1tabsp of dhane seeds, 1/2 tsp.Jeera,6..7 Black pepper, 5 ..6 Bedgi or Kashmiri
Mirchi, 1/2 inch Ginger, 5 Garlic cloves, 2 strands of dhania leaves, 1/2 tsp.Haldi, small
n 1 cup fresh grated coconut.make fine paste.. add 4..5 Tirphals in final grinding.
In a vessel take some oil.. add finely chopped 1/2 Onion.. n fry till it gets soft. Add above
ground paste to onion in pan..fry till oil seperates. Add 4 to 5 kokums in it.or add some
thick imli juice ..Add water to get desired consistency.
. Add salt to taste. Finally add the fish to gravy till fish cooks..Serve it with stemed Rice..
Garlic Tadka Dal
Recipe..
Pressure cook Toor Dal till Dal cooks very soft.. then mash it or mix it till no Dal grain remains.
Add water as much you need.. keep for boiling..add salt in it.. add haldi in it.. mix it.. boil it properly.. keep the thickness of Dal as you like.
Make tadka with Ghee add crushed lots of Garlic n Whole Red Chilli pieces ..Fry till Garlic gets slight Brown..add tadka in Dal.. Lasun Tadka Dal is ready to serve.
Batata Bajji (Raita) .....Recipe..
Mash 2boiled potatoes,add 1 finely chopped onion,2 finely chopped geen chillies,1tabsp.
chopped dhania leaves,salt,pinch of sugar,mix well then add 1/2 to 1cup dahi in it. mix
again..make tadka with 1tsp ghee ,1/4 tsp mustard seeds, 4-5 currypatta, 1 whole red
chilli,
pinch of hing..add it in raita.. Batata Bajji (raita) is ready to serve
