Mogra Panache Virshe .. Virshe is a Mangalorian word.. ( Jasmin Flower Leaves soup ).. very good for health..Anyone can have it any time..
Mogra Panache Virshe..
This is a Soup made with the leaves of Jasmine flowers.. we can
use leaves of Jaswandi (Hibiscus ) or any Jai , Jui , Flowers..Its very healthy n light n
yummy too..very tasty..every one can have it any time they like.
Recipe....
Wash 15 to 20 Leaves n take clean leaves.. then add some water n boil it till leaves become soft.
Then Grind it in very fine paste..
In a pan roast 1 tabsp.of Jeera , 8 to 10 Black Pepper Corns..n 2 crushed Garlic cloves.
Then crush these roasted things n make fine powder.. you can even grind this with
cooked leaves.
Then add 1/2 to 1 liter of water in it..n keep for boiling.. add roasted powder.add salt n
sugar ( little Only for flavour)..boil it for 10 minutes atleast..
Then make tadka with1 tsp.ghee add 3 ..4 crushed Garlic cloves.. fry it till brown n add it
in the boiling Virshe..
Virshe or Soup is ready to serve.... Try it ..you all wil love it.
