Chicken Kheema Masala....
Finely chop 6 to 8 French Beans n small Carrot .n boil it with salt.. then mash it
nicely..keep aside.....in a pan take 1tabsp. oil n 1 tab sp of butter mixed.. add finely
chopped 2 onions. Saute nicely... add Ginger Garlic paste (Grated )..saute add 1 ig finely
chopped Tomato .saute...add 2 tabsp Tomato pureee , saute.. add salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp.
haldi ,1 tsp of red chilli powder , pinch of sugar mix it.. saute nicely..addd 1 tabsp.Pav
Bhaji masala( Badshah Pav Bhaji Masala )..add little water n mash properly. Add 250gms
of chicken kheema. ( I make Chicken Kheema at home in a chopper with boneless chicken
piece. ).mix well add mashed veggies, i.e. French Beans n Carrot..if you want add more
pav bhaji masala add chunk of butter mix well add little water.add boiled green peas n
corriander leaves cook for 10 miuntes.. keep gravy or semi dry as you like...switch off
gas .add lemon juice.. garnish with dhania leaves ..serve with paav..
