Choco Modaks ....
Recipe...
Ingredients...
Condensed Milk.. about 3/4 tin of 400 gms.
Marie Biscuits... 1 big packet.
Cadbury's Co coa..2 to 3 tabsps.
Nutella ... 4 tabsps.. If you dont have Nutella you can add 1 more tabsp of Above Cocoa powder.
Butter ... (Amul) .3 tabsps.
If you like nuts ..you can add pieces of chashew or walnuts (I have not used it )
Method..
Crush or powder in the grinder finely Full Marie Biscuits.
Mix Cocoa powder in it.
Then add Butter n Nutella in it n mix it..
Then go on adding condensed milk n knead lightly to make soft dough of it.
Keep aside for 2to 3 minutes.
Make small round balls n put it in the Modal moulds n make Modaks..
Makes about 40 small Modaks ..
Keep it for some time.. Then nice ..yummy Modaks r ready to eat..
Sattu Flour Ladoo..
Sattu Flour is very Healthy n good .so try it instead of Besan.
Recipe....
Ingredients:
2 cups Sattu Flour
2 cups powdered sugar
Around 1&1/4 cups ghee (not melted - thick)
1/2 cup milk
Elaichi powder atleast 1 tsp or little more
Raisins and cashew pieces as per taste
Method:
Take a kadhai add ghee in it. Melt it and make it hot. Then add Sattu Flour in it.
Keep it on very low flame, fry it continously till you get nice aroma only for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame .
and do not fry for more time as Sattu Flour is already roasted flour
It should not be dark.
Then add milk in it and immediately switch off the gas,
stir it continously till all milk dries up. Then take it down from the gas and let it cool
down fully.
Then add sugar powder,elaichi powder, kismis, cashew pieces, mix it properly.
Then make round ladoos. Do not add sugar powder till Sattu Flour cools down fully.
Enjoy the yummy ladoos ..
