Recipe.
take 5 to 5 Surmai fish pieces. ..apply salt and turmeric and leave it aside
Take 1 cup fresh grated coconut ,3 kashmiri chilies ,1small tomato, dhaniya seeds 1 table
spoon 8 t0 10 black pepper ,1 inch tamarind, 2 Garlic cloves ,1 small ginger piece ,n small
onion chopped,haldi and put this in the mixi and grind it very fine.
heat 1 tob2 tabsps of oil and put 1 finely chopped onion ,two green chillies and pour this
ground mixture in it.
After getting one boil leave fish pieces in it. Wait for another boil and keep the curry on
sim gas with cover.
Once fish is cooked removed it from heat and garnish it with finely chopped dhania
leaves.
Goan Prawns Curry..
Recipe...
Wash n clean prawns. 1to 1n half cup... remove black thread from each prawn.. then
apply some salt to it.. keep aside.
Grind together 1 cup fresh grated coconut, 1tabsp.of dhania seeds, 1/4 tsp. Jeera, 4 garlic
cloves, 4..5 whole red chilli, 1/2 tsp Haldi, 1/2 small onion,..1 inch of tamarind..make fine paste..
Then in a kadhai take oil.. add 1/2 finely chopped onion, fry till soft..
then add ground masala.. 1tabsp.of imli juice, salt, green chillies, long cut ginger pieces..
boil it nicely
then add prawns in it.. boil till prawns get cooked..
garnish with dhania leaves n serve.
Surmai Fry..
Clean n wash Surmai pieces.. keep it aside.
In a bowl take 2 to 3 tabsps.of Kashmiri red chilli powder,1/2 tsp.of Haldi, 1 tabsp.of
Grated Garlic, 1 Lemon juice, salt as needed, 1 tab sp.of oil..mix it nicely..
Nicely Apply this masala to the fish pieces... Keep it for some time..
On a pan shallow fry it with some Oil..
You can even grill it in the oven ..garnish with Dhania leaves..n serve.l
