My Simple Thali Today..Sprouted Moong n Suran Curry.., Vaali n Red Pumpkin Koddel... ( Malabar Spinach or Mayalu Bhaji Koddel , Appinmidi Kairi (Tender small Kairi ) Pickle.., with Soft Red Boiled Rice Pej with salt n Garlic Ghee Tadka..

Recipe...
Sprout Green Moong ..1Cup
To sprout Moong soak the Moong for 6 to 7 hours. Remove water n and keep it aside overnight. In the morning you will see the Moong sprouted
suran cut into medium pieces...1cup
Cook sprouted Moong n Suran pieces with salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. then add 1 chopped green chilli n cook for some more time..
Grind in to fine paste..Grated coconut... 1 cup
Dhania seeds... 1 tbsp, Cumin seeds... 1 tsp
Green chillies ..4 , Haldi..1tsp, Salt
Add this fine Paste in to the boiled Moong n Suran ...mix well. Cover and cook for some time.
In a Tadka pan heat 1tabsp.of oil , add mustard seeds 1tsp. and cumin seeds 1/2tsp ,. When they splutter add curry leaves 5to 6...stir it . Pour it over the Moong Curry . Serve it.

Recipe...
Cook Chopped Green Vaali n Red Pumpkin pieces till soft with some salt....
Grind red whole chillies 3..4, fresh grated
coconut..1wati ,little imli(tamarind)..
make a fine paste..then add tirfal seeds in it and
grind it 1 more time(if it is available..
or it can be made without this.).. mix this masla
with cooked Veggies ,add salt..give a nice boil..
make tadka of oil & lots of garlic..
add it in curry..
Koddel is ready to serve.
