Vegetable crispy Samosa served with Tomato Ketchup....


 

Vegetable Samosa..


Recipe...


Ingredients..


 Ready made Samosa Patti.

For Stuffing..

Potato... 2

Green peas...2 cups  or more as per your choice.

Onion... 1 medium.

I have used only these veggies.. but if you like you can add Cauliflower, French beans, or Carrot.

Ginger Garlic paste... 1 tabsp.

Dhania powder ...1 tsp.

Jeera powder..1/2 tsp.

Goda masala or Garam masala .. 1/2 tsp.

Green Chilli..1 chopped finely.

Haldi.. 1/4 tsp..

Red chilli powder.. 1/4 tsp.

Dhania leaves..1 to 2 tabsp.

Salt..as per taste.

Oil for tadka n oil for deep frying Samosas.

For Sticking paste...

Maida 2 tabsps.. with some water about 2 tabsps.


Method..

1st prepare stuffing for Samosas.

Take a pan add oil in it.. add chopped finely onions.

Then add ginger garlic paste in it..saute it.

Then add chopped thin n small pieces of peeled potatoes.. sauteit.

Then add Peas in it n if you want add chopped finely other veggies.

Saute properly n add haldi, Dhania powder, jeera powder , Goda masala or garam 

masala, red chilli powder. , Salt.. n cover the pan n cook till all veggies will get cooked n 

soft.

Finally add dhania leaves.  n keep it aside.

if Samosa  pattis r frozen keep out for soome time till those

 get defrosted fully but keep it covered For not getting them dried.

Then take one by one samosa Patti in hand.. make a cone by folding it from one side..

Fill it with Vegetable stuffing in side. Take care of folding point .there shud not be any 

gap.

Then fold it again from other side of patti. And make triangle  Samosa. 

Apply some above made maida paste to the end sides of Samosa.. n stick it nicely so that 

Stuffing wont come out while frying.

Make all Samosas ready..

Then heat oil in kadhai.. and deep fry Samosas till samosa becomes golden brown n 

crispy.

Serve with Tomato Sauce..

( You can freeze these stuffed Samosas before frying for months ..and you can fry 

without defrosting it  directly in hot oil as n when you require. )

  French Beans Kismur Recipe.. Ingredients: 1.parasbi(french beans)- 250gms,finely chopped. 2.onion -2 small, finely chopped. 3.grated coconut - 3/4-1 wati 4.green chillies-2 long slits. 5.lemon juice -1 tsp or to taste 6.salt to taste 7.dhania leaves- finely chopped for garnishing 8.oil - to fry (appx 2-3 tb sp) Instructions: 1.heat oil in a fry pan add chopped parasbi, little  salt, green chilly and fry till its crispy and light  brown. 2.In a serving bowl, add onion,grated coconut,  little salt, fried parasbi, dhania leaves and  lemon juice and mix well. 3.garnish with dhania leaves and serve. My Simple Fish Thali After a Long Time.. Bangada Tikhle , Bangda ( Mackerel ) n Bombil (Bombay Duck ) Fry , onion ..n...Rice.

 Bangda (Mackerel )Fish Tikhle Recipe... clean 4 Bangda fish & make 2 or 3 pieces ...add salt,haldi and keep aside  roast10-12 red Bedgi chillies in few drops of oil for 1 minute. grind 2tabsp grated coconut,red chillies,1.4tsp haldi,2-3 garlic cloves, 1/4 sp of Dhania  seeds, 3..4 Black pepper , 3 to4 Tirphala ,small ball of tamarind.make fine,smooth paste  with water. Boil ground masala, by adding some more water. add  Bangda pieces in it.. and boil it  for  5 minutes... sprinkle coconut oil on it..n cover it.curry is ready to serve.. cover with lid.
