Puffed Spring Onion Masala Poori.
Recipe...
Spring Onion.. chopped Finely ..1cup..as per
taste.
Wheat Flour.. 1 to 1/2 cup
Besan...1 to 1/2 tabsps.
Haldi..1/2 tsp.
Red Chilli Powder..1/2 tsp.or as per taste.
Salt..1/2 tsp or as per taste
Sugar.. Pinch.or little more.
Hing ..Pinch.
Garlic.. Grated 1 tabsp.
Green chillies ..1 chopped n crushed.
Jeera.. 1/2 tsp.
Water as needed to kneat Dough.
Oil..In dough..1tabsp. and as needed to deep fry
Pooris.
Method..
In a bowl take take fresh Spring Onion
chopped Finely .
Add salt,haldi, pinch sugar ,
Add hing or Grated Garlic, crushed green chillies n jeera,1tab sp oil...
Mix it nicely.
then add wheat flour n Besan..
and knead dough with water as needed.
keep dough aside for 5 to 10 minutes.
then heat oil...deep fry rolled round Poories..
n serve with any sauce which you have.
