My Thali... Zatpat Chicken Curry , Palak-Moong Dal Bhaji , Garlic Tadka Butter milk Kadhi ,Mooli Raita ....n....Rice
Zatpat Chicken Curry.
Recipe...
Marinate chicken pieces about 750gms..with haldi,salt,..
Make thin long cut onions 3 ...
Chop Tomato 1 or 2.
In pressure cooker take 2to 3 tabsps of oil..
When heated add 2 lavang, 2 elaichi, 5to 6 black pepper.
After frying add 1 tabsp of garlic paste, n 1tabsp.of Ginger paste ...you can use grated
garlic n ginger.
Then add chopped onions ..fry for few minutes till it gets soft n slight brown in colour.
Add chopped tomato fry it.. add some green paste of dhania n garlic n green chilli about
1tabsp. This is optional.
Then after frying for few minutes add malvani ,or garam masala or any home made red
masala you have.. add dhania powder 1 tsp.. saute every thing together nicely...
Add 2 tabsps of Dahi ..n stir it properly.
Add 2 Green chillies, n dhania leaves..then add chicken pieces in it. Fry nicely till oil
separates from masala.. add salt as per taste.. add some water n cook it for 2 to 3
whistles.. Garnish with Dhania leaves..
Nice zatpat Chicken Curry is ready to serve.
Palak-Moong Dal Bhaji
Recipe....
soak 2tabsp moong dal in water for 1 hour. chop finely1 palak bunch.
make tadka with oil,add rai1/4th tsp., udid dal1/4 th tsp., 1\4thtsp.jeera,crushed garlic
pieces about 5to 6 , curry patta 5 ..6 leaves ,whole red chilli 1, 1 chopped green chilli, haldi..
then add moong dal stir..add some water kip lid &cook till it gets cooked..it shud not over
cooked,
then add salt, pinch sugar (optional ),& add finely chopped palak..cook for few minutes..
Palak Moong Bhaji is ready to serve.
Garlic Tadka Butter milk Kadhi..
Recipe.....
Take Butter milk in a pot.add .add salt as per taste.
add some sugar.add pinch haldi in it.heat it just for 1 minute. Or it might curdle if you
heat plain Buttermilk for more time..
Make tadka of ghee, and lots of garlic,add red whole chilli pieces ..
and add in the butter milk...
Simple Tadka Buttermilk is ready to serve.
Mooli Raita...
Recipe..
Peel Raddish.. Grate it.. add Little of finely chopped Onion .some Dhania Leaves.
Then add salt, pinch of sugar (optional ). Mix it.. Then add whisked Dahi in it.. Mix it..
Make tadka with Ghee add Rai, Chopped Green chilli , whole Red Chilli, Currypatta, pour
it in Raita.. Garnish with some more Dhania Leaves n serve it
