My Thali Today... Drumsticks ,Cauliflower Stems n Dal Amti (Maharashtrian Type ) , Bhendi..Onion Stir Fry , Bhendi Simple Cury With Some Gravy.... (South Indian type Curry with my Aai's Recipe.) , Carrot Koshimbir, Phulka ....n....Rice


 
Drumsticks ,Cauliflower Stems n Dal Amti (Maharashtrian Type )

Recipe...

Cook Tur dal , n Cauliflower Stems in separate vessels in Pressure cooker

Boil drumsticks & tomato pieces separately on low flame. 

then mix it with cooked Dal n Cauliflower Stems ..

make tadka of oil, rai, methi seeds, jeera, hing, haldi, currypatta, some goda masala,(if 

you don't have Goda masala then youcan use dhane jeera powder n garam masala 

powder.) , red chilli powder, then pour it in dal mixture. add imli juice, again add some 

more goda masala, green chillies, dhania leaves, add salt, little jaggery as per taste  & boil 

it nicely till Amti aroma comes out.. garnish with dhania leaves. amti is ready to serve..





Bhendi..Onion Stir Fry..

Recipe...

Cut 250 gms Bhendi in to round pieces..make thin long pieces of 1 big onion..

Make small long pieces of green mirchi 2. 

Chop finely 4 to 5 garlic  cloves..

In a pan or kadai take 2 to 3tabsps of oil..add .add chopped green chillies n chopped 

garlic.. then add choped onion, n chopped Bhendi..

 add some Haldi, ,salt as per taste saute it for few minutes..

cover for 2 to 3 minutes..

then remove the lid n fry it till all stickiness of Bhedi disappears.. n Bhendi is nicely fried 

with onion n all..

Garnish it with Dhania leaves n serve.



Bhendi Simple Cury With Some Gravy.... (South Indian type Curry with my Aai's Recipe.)

Recipe...


Chop Bhendi in medium round long pieces.

Make Tadka with oil, rai, curry patta, whole red chilli, n hing, add Bhendi pieces.

Fry for one to two minutes. Add some Sambhar Powder .n salt. Mix it nicely, add some 

imli juice in it.Add 1 small Green chilli in it. Add pinch of gud (optional).

Mix it.keep lid n cook till Bhendi becomes soft.

Make Tadka with 2 big Garlic cloves chopped, rai, Udid dal, n some Sambhar powder 

again..

Keep gravy as much as you like.. (you can make it dry if you want ).

Garnish with dhania leaves n serve it.





Carrot Koshimbir..

Recipe....

Peel 2 Carrots.. Then Grate it.. Take Grated Carrot in a bowl.

Add 1to 2 tabsps of Grated Fresh Coconut ,1tabsp.of Roasted Groundnut powder,Salt, 

Lemon Juice. Mix it properly..

Then add Tadka with Ghee , Rai, Curry Patta, Green chilli, small wholle red Chilli , Hing.. 

Mix it.. 

Garnish With Dhania Leaves n serve it.

My Thali...Grated Suran Andhra Bhaji.. Yam Sabji , French Beans Kismur , Vilayati Dal , (Simple Dal Varan with Kanda, lasun ) , Gongura Chutney.. Tangy n Spicy Andhra Chutney....n...Rice.

  French Beans Kismur Recipe.. Ingredients: 1.parasbi(french beans)- 250gms,finely chopped. 2.onion -2 small, finely chopped. 3.grated coconut - 3/4-1 wati 4.green chillies-2 long slits. 5.lemon juice -1 tsp or to taste 6.salt to taste 7.dhania leaves- finely chopped for garnishing 8.oil - to fry (appx 2-3 tb sp) Instructions: 1.heat oil in a fry pan add chopped parasbi, little  salt, green chilly and fry till its crispy and light  brown. 2.In a serving bowl, add onion,grated coconut,  little salt, fried parasbi, dhania leaves and  lemon juice and mix well. 3.garnish with dhania leaves and serve. ( Wheat Rava )... 1 cup Grated fresh Coconut...3/4 cup. Green Chilies... 3to 4 as per taste ..chopped finely. Grated Ginger... 1tsp.. or 1  inch Ginger piece. Salt..as per taste.. Sugar ..1 tsp.or Gud... Small piece as per taste. Oil.. to fry Thalipeeth or Doddak. Water..to mix dough. Method...
