Mutton in a Hurry..
Without Grinding masalas n without Coconut...Looks so Tempting n Yummy..
Recipe..
Ingredients..
1. Mutton..750gms.
2.Salt..as Per Taste.
3.Haldi... 1Tsp.
4. Crushed Dhania leaves, Garlic n Green
chillies.. 2tabsp .
5.Dahi..3 tabsps.
6.Shaha jeera... 1/4 tsp.
7.Lavang...2
8.Onions.. 3
9.Garam Masala Powder.. 1tsp.
10.Chopped Ginger1/2 inch n Chopped Garlic 2
Cloves..
11. Tomatoes..2 Big.
12.Green Chillies Full.
13. Black Pepper.5to 6
14. Garlic n Ginger paste..1tabsp.
15..oil.. 3 tabsps.
16. Dhania powder.. 1tsp.
17. Dhania leaves.. chopped.as per taste.
Method..
Wash Mutton .. add some salt 1tsp , Haldi ,1/2
tsp.,Crushed Lots of Garlic , n Dhania leaves
finely chopped n 2 Green chillies.,add 1/2 tsp.
Garam Masala powder, 3Tabsp Dahi..
Mix it nicely.keep it for some time till you make
preparation for curry.
Chop Onions roughly in to long pieces.
Chop sweet red Tomatoes roughly.
Chop Garlic cloves finely,
Chop Ginger 1/2 inch in to small pieces.
Make 1tabsp.of Garlic paste or Grated .Make 1
tabsp Grated Ginger or Paste.
In Pressure Cooker take some oil about 3tabsp. .
I have taken regular oil n Mustard oil together.
Add 2 Green Elaichi, 2 Lavang, 4 ,Black pepper,
1/4 tsp. Shaha Jeera..
Add chopped Garlic n Ginger pieces.,2 Full Green chillies. fry it.
add chopped Onions.Fry for few minutes then
Then add Ginger Garlic paste.fry for 2
minutes.
Add chopped Tomato pieces.
Add 1 tasp Dhania powder, red chilli powder 1/2tsp or as per taste.,Haldi1/2 tsp, Garam
Masala powder 1 /2 tsp.,and Salt as per taste.
Then fry this together till all gets well mixed.
Add marinated Mutton in it n keep frying till it
gets nicely mixed with masalas n all water
evaporates..
you have to fry atleast 10 minutes..
then add lots of chopped dhania leaves..
Add very little water n cook it for 3 whistles
then 8 to 10 minutes on low flame..
After all steam goes from the whistle ..
Again keep it on flame n keep stirring till it
becomes dry .
you can keep gravy as you like..
Garnish with Dhania leaves n long Ginger
pieces.
Yummy Mutton is ready to serve with Parathas ,
or Rotis or Bread.
