My Lunch Today.... Sprouted Alsandya (Black Eyed Beans) Ghashi.. (Amti with coconut ground masala ) Zatpat Soaked Black Eyed Beans Usal , Tomato Chutney... Andhra styled in my way , Black Pomfret Fish Fry... ( Halwa Fish Fry ), Phulka...n...Rice.


 


 Sprouted Alsandya (Black Eyed Beans) Ghashi.. (Amti with coconut ground masala )


Recipe

Soak 3 cups of black eyed beans in water for overnight,.next day remove water n keep in 

warm place for sprouts.then again add water in it,.n remove skin of each bean.then cook 

it with water n salt till it gets soft.n  well cooked...(you can cook it in pressure cooker for 

only 1 whistle.)

Roast and 5 to 10 methi seeds, 1tsp.Dhania Seeds and 2-3red whole chillies in less than 1/4tsp of oil in a tadka pan

Grind  1.1/2wati fresh coconut, small piece of chinch(tamarind),haldi, and above roasted

 masala with some water.make fine paste..then add this  ground masala in the mixture of 

well cooked beans.

Add salt &mix well..boil it.. 

Make tadka of 1t to 2tabsps of oil,I use coconut oil..you can use any oil 

add 4 to 6 crushed Garlic cloves,.fry till brown.and add in the curry..

Ambat is ready to serve with rice.

recipe..

 Soak Black Eyed Beans (white Chavali ) for 3to 4 hours.

Make tadka with oil add rai, jera, chopped garlic, hing, haldi, Goda Masala, add finely 

chopped onion , green chilli chopped.fry till onions  get soft n pinkish colour..then 

Add small chopped tomato,fry add chiil powder . You can add Kolhapuri masala or Koli 

masala or Malvani masala.

Then add soaked Beans.,grated coconut  or grated dry coconut, add, salt.n mix it 

well, add some water..

Cook it till it gets well mixed. I cooked it in pressure cooker for 1 whistle.

then garnish with dhania leaves.serve it..





Tomato Chutney... Andhra styled in my way .

Recipe...

Ingredients..

Tomato...3to 4

Garlic.. 6 to 8 cloves.

Udid dal.. 1tabsp.

Jeera.. 1/2 tsp

Whole Red chillies..3to 4

Green chillies..2 optional

Oil..as needed 2to 3 tabsp.

Salt ..as per taste..


Method..

Chop Tomatoes in to pieces.

In a pan add, Add 1  tabsp.of oil.after it is heated add tomato pieces  on low flame 

nicely fry it for 3 to 4 minutes .. it shud be fried properly.

Then keep this aside.

Then again in a pan.add 1 tsp of oil. Add udid dal, whole red 

chillies,jeera, green chillies ,fry till slightly brown add garlic in it.stir it.. n switch off 

the gas.

Then let all ingredients cool down .

Then put it in the grinder adding salt, n fried Tomato pieces.

Grind it adding very little water in it. Do not make chutney watery.. it shud be properly 

dry.

Remove this ground Chutney in the bowl.

Tomato Chutney is ready to serve.



Black Pomfret Fish Fry... ( Halwa Fish Fry )..

Clean n Wash Black pomfret pieces..

apply salt,haldi,red chilli powder n some Malvani masala or any red available masala at home..

make paste of dhania leaves,green chillies,lots of garlic.apply this masala to the fish pieces.. 

roll it in fine rawa & rice powder mix..shallow fry in oil..fry fish is ready to serve

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
